Great lodge except they had no fridge for free

"Customer service" provided by Darcy Lauer was absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. Her attitude and tone of voice was unacceptable. She should not be in a position where she is the face of the company. We arrived late (1/2 hour prior to check in rather than 45 min prior), our fault, I understand, but rather than a simple "I'm sorry, the 45 min window is firm" she sighed, rolled her eyes and was rude, condescending and completely un-empathetic. As a consultant who specializes in customer service training, I was appalled at her treatment of courteous customers. She should be fired; at minimum she should be placed in a position where she does not interact directly with clients! I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, belittled, or scolded like a child. Due to the strict no refund policy, we rescheduled for later in the day but I'm dreading the return. If it weren't for my daughter who was in tears at the counter, we would not be returning. Shame on you Darcy Lauer and the company who hired you!

This experience was beyond expectations. I called several months prior to plan a proposal for my girlfriend. Darcy and her team at the activities desk went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my proposal and trip was exceptional. I can’t even give enough praise to describe how helpful they were. She helped me book a horseback riding tour to Oxbo Bend, with a photographer, etc. where I proposed. People talk about going the extra mile, and Darcy and her team exemplify what it means to provide stellar customer service and a wonderful experience. Furthermore, we took time to eat and drink at the Blue Heron which was amazing , with stellar service, food, and drinks. If you are looking for an enjoyable stay or fun excursions, the team at Grand Tetons Lodge/Jackson Lodge will make your experience one of a kind. Thanks again Darcy and everyone that made our trip/proposal so special.

We stayed at the Jackson Lake Lodge in September 2018 and took the Snake River raft with Gino Price being our van driver and Jay Evans our raft guide. Both of these men did an exceptional job and ensured a wonderful experience. Jay is very knowledgeable about the river and surroundings and kept us entertained with information and some humor. Very nice experience. They both went out of their way to help a rider that became ill and needed assistance to the van and to the room on return to shore. We were fortunate to have two very exceptional and caring individuals.

The Lodge at Grand Teton is very impressive. That said, we were only in it once. We spent our time in the Coulter Bay Area, which is outstanding. The area has fishing, swimming, raft trips, dinner trips and wildlife tours. There is camping for all. That includes full services and tent sites. The village area is open from 7:30 to 9 p.m. There is a store, laundry, showers, and restaurants. The store has fresh, pre-packaged sandwiches, cheeses, and general supplies. Many a hiker came in to resupply their items. There is everything from Bear Spray to DEET. NOW for the bad news. Everything in the Park closes 29 September for the season.

提早三亇月上官網訂房，前后花了約一个月才订到Great Teton知名旅館Great Teton Lodge. 其实住在像美国Motel的木屋裡，麻雀虽小 五臓俱全，該有都有，不該有的也非我入住此旅館的目的，所以不該有的也不必有(SPA, ⋯)但倒是有酒吧刚刚好叫杯生啤欣赏NBA Curry演出。 入住此行目的，是旅館后院面对大堤顿山脈那一片大草原和Jackson lake联合演出的自然風景秀。 旅館当年背后金主可是大有来头：洛克菲洛。老美富人贡献公益、捐出遗産回饋全人類，發揮影响力，建立大堤顿国家公园的偉大推手。飯店主建筑也是当年在洛克菲洛之思惟下成立。現在Jackson Lake Lodge 已是被認定是Historical Landmark, 讓遊客多一亇親近大堤顿的窗口。 我将照片分成四大類分别介绍： 1）主建築及紀念碑、銘牌 2）窗景。大型落地窗，有中國蘇州庭園借景的相同手法。我一跳進主廰一就被大片窗戶后面大堤頓山脈而震憾不巳。所以馬上向隔壁餐廳訂了靠窗席位。能在名山環抱下加上蛇河流域大草原美景下用餐，心都出去了，真食不知味。開玩笑啦。但當晩點的牛排、配菜、紅酒真的很優。 3)大堤頓山脈夕陽。由於是由東往西有點逆光，但現場觀賞真的很棒 4)大堤頓山脈晨曦。這裡絕對是景區內最佳拍攝地點之一。 本來看到旅館后花園立有：小心熊出沒警告牌但唯一遺憾，大堤頓公園主人：熊、鹿、小野狼⋯一個也沒見到。唯一小小遺憾。 很棒的投宿體驗。

Love the stay and the food. Beautiful views, but I gave this place a 2 because they tried multiple times to add charges to our account. When we tried to fix the charges, they told us to call them after our account had been charged and we were sent the final bill in the mail. Not sure why they didn't allow us to fix it in person. If that didn't happen to us, I would have given it a 4 (5 being Amazing). Hopefully this doesn't happen to you if you choose to stay here.

I have just returned from a vacation to the Grand Tetons. I stayed at the Colter Bay Campground. The site we had was a good size but the campground in general needed repairs. Only one sink in the bathroom worked. One of the bathroom stalls had a toilet in it that looked like it was for men. (This was the womens bathroom). Couldn't use it. The camping pads had broken black top. On our trip it rained and our site looked like it had a pond in it! We even had a pond between the truck and camper! Needless to say it could use some TLC

It never occurred to me to check to see if there was a TV in this day and age. It was a little to rustic for me.
