I have booked trips with Equitours since 2006 and cannot say enough good things about their standards. The specialists in the office that assist in organizing you and/or a large group are incredibly organized and thorough. They are all riders who have done the trips personally, so can add so much insight. We try to take these equestrian trips annually or biennial, I booked one trip in all these years outside of Equitours and it was not up to par. I am staying with a good thing.

I recently booked 2 trips with equitours and one was great and the other one was not great and felt ripped off! I don’t necessarily blame equitours but my biggest complaint is after a phone call, email and review I have yet to hear anything back and it’s been over a week. The one tour I didn’t care for at all was Alcainca in Portugal that charged 4-5 star prices for a 1-2 star accommodations. Which was misleading on their website with little to no information or pictures. I would’ve preferred at least a response to my questions.
