We have booked three family vacations with Kelly and she is outstanding. She worked with us to find a location that fit our budget and offered resorts with activities to suit our young kids. This last trip (November 2016) Kelly was a last minute hero. With less than 12 hours to departure to Punta Cana (during a tropical depression and a forecast of solid rain) Kelly found us a new location in Mexico and completely re-booked our entire trip (flights, resort, transportation) to very sunny and beautiful Puerto Vallarta. While we were nervous such a massive change so late would result in something missed...our entire trip was flawless. Kelly made that happen! There is simply no way an internet booking on a discount site would have been able to make that change. She will have our business for all ( and hopefully many!) of our family vacations.
