They kept us updated on available excursions, and other details about the El Dorado Royale Resort. The resort exceeded our expectations! Dalilah and Hernan booked our Zumba Cruise, which was a Caribbean cruise in 2016. They made the cruise very enjoyable by planning lots of fun Zumba classes and nighttime activities while sailing. There was never a dull moment! Everyone had a great time!

We had never done an all-inclusive resort vacation before, and didn’t know exactly what to expect. Suzanne is part of Dalilah’s Zumba class at the local athletic club. Dalilah planned a Zumba group trip to El Dorado Royale on the Mexican Mayan Riviera for a 7-day all-inclusive Getaway. The fact that El Dorado Royale is food-centric was a definite plus, as Larry loves food and food preparation. They have a Tex-Mex restaurant, an island-themed restaurant, an Asian restaurant, a cooking demonstration restaurant, a Mexican restaurant, plus several more. So, 25 of us flew together to Cancun, and then took a tour bus to El Dorado Royale. For the next 7 days it was food, Zumba in the mornings, touring the Maya ruins at Tulum, more food, drinks at the pool bar, live entertainment in the evenings, followed by dancing, more food… We all had T-shirts with “Pachanga!” printed on them. The staff quickly identified us, “Oh! You're part of the Zumba group.” The El Dorado staff were attentive and friendly. Doing this as a group was really fun! We definitely look forward to what Dalilah and Hernan arrange for future trips.

This was our 3rd Zumba trip with Dalilah and Hernan. As with our past trips, every detail was attended to by them before, during, and after our trips. We never have to worry about anything. They are more to our group than just our Zumba instructor and travel agents. They are family-as we lovingly like to refer to them as “Mom & Dad” on our trips! We just got back from our 2nd trip with them to Eldorado Royale in Playa del Carmen and had an equally wonderful time! Can’t wait for them to plan our next adventure!!

Hernan and Dalilah helped my husband and I have the perfect Honeymoon! We explained what we were looking for and our budget and they provided us with great options. We wanted 5-6 days, all inclusive, adult only - with a $3,000 budget. Hernan pulled a bunch of options and explained the cost difference and value of each location. We finally choose Club Med in Turk and Caicos. It was awesome! They arranged transportation and everything so we didn't have to worry or stress. Their communication with us was excellent and I never worried about our trip. We are very thanksful for their hard work. Every opportunity I get I refer them. Thanks so much for all your help! This is my second review for Paradise Cruise Planners: In July 2019 my husband and I took a wonderful cruise to Alaska and saw some exquisite scenery. Paradise Cruise Planners arranged all the details from booking the fabulous NCL Bliss, one night at the hotel the day before in Seattle where the cruise began and the flights; in addition to excursions for the 3 ports we visited. The attention to detail continues to be the best as this was the fifth trip taken and planned by Dalilah from Paradise Cruise Planners. Dalilah paid close attention to all the particulars such as making sure we took advantage of the freebies the ship offered upon booking the trip, giving us the information on how NCL would get our luggage to the airport so we did not have to haul it around Seattle prior to our flight; and also giving us the great news that we received an upgrade to our room accommodations aboard the ship. She was also very diligent in checking on everyone as there were about 19 individuals in our group all traveling to Seattle on different days and from different cities and doing different excursions. This was a vacation that I would definitely do again!! This same level of information was exhibited when we went to Jamaica in January 2019 with Paradise Cruise Planners and stayed at a Sandals Adult All Inclusive Resort. This vacation was labeled as a Zumba vacation. Dalilah arranged to have Zumba classes every day (both land and aqua) for anyone who wished to work out and we met some really nice individuals staying at the resort that joined us for class. We once again traveled with a group of about 20 individuals and as always had so much fun and made some truly great memories both with the group and by ourselves. This was another trip that I would definitely recommend and do again. It is obvious that Dalilah loves to help plan the perfect vacation for her clients. Both Dalilah and Hernan work very hard to make sure all the little details are covered leaving nothing to chance so that you can just relax and enjoy your vacation. Each trip that I have taken with Paradise Cruise Planners has been so unique with culture both in the food and entertainment due to the fact that they actually visit different resorts in advance so that they are knowledgeable on giving you the best vacation. After each vacation we always look forward to the next great trip! I had the pleasure of going on two different trips booked through Paradise Cruise Planners. In 2016 I went on a Caribbean Cruise with 20 friends on Royal Caribbean Independence of the Seas cruise ship and in 2017 I went with 26 other friends to El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya. Each trip was fantastic due to the diligence and research of Paradise Cruise Planners. Dalilah spent many hours looking into various trips to get us the best deal and most fun for our money. Since both of these trips were my first experiences out of the country, I had many questions and she got the answers to them all. She took care of everything from booking the flights and reservations on the cruise ship or resort, making sure we had transfers any place we had to go and gave us advice on the best places to eat once we got there. She also thoroughly researched all our excursions for each trip so that our itineraries were set prior to our trips. Both trips were absolutely fabulous and many memories were made. Paradise Cruise Planners took care of all the details which meant we just had to relax and have fun, and boy did we! Both Dalilah and Hernan treat us like family and we love traveling with them. I would never book a trip through anyone else. Can’t wait to see where we go in 2018 for our third annual group Zumba trip!
