Experience was pretty good until we were charged for our trip. We asked several times throughout the appointment what the TOTAL cost would be. Come to find out when our card was charged he didn't include the cost of the flights which added a significant amount to the total cost of our trip. They assured us they told us the correct amount but there were three adults there and we all heard the same thing. Having an unexpected charge over $1,000.00 show up on your credit card put somewhat of a damper on the vacation overall. Because of this I will never use this company again, and recommend using caution should you choose to use them in the future.
