My most recent experience with Kiwi Travel was a two-week European tour booked with Kiwi Cory. The trip involved airline, train, taxi, water ferry, water taxi, multiple hotel and an 11-day cruise to accommodate the plan that I had. This involved Cory needing to secure private transfers for a number of transitions, and getting us to our hotel in confusing Venice. I had never cruised or been to Europe so we needed her help. She spent so much time on this trip giving us advice for the 10 stops at port, helping us pick the most relevant hotel destinations for multiple legs of our journey in unfamiliar places to best take advantage of our unique timeline and route. We had over a half dozen transfers...all went seamlessly. She had notes by day where a confirmation call would be in our best interest and contact info in case we had trouble finding our driver. I can't say enough about Cory's efforts on our behalf. She also arranged our trip across the world to Moorea, Tahiti...which also involved taxi, ferry, air, etc to a destination over water bungalow; which was perhaps the best snorkeling at any one block in anywhere in the world (we saw sharks, eels, turtles, rays, puffer fish, parrot fish and more from our private deck). Finally Kiwi Kay arranged our marriage in Jamaica and our group travel itinerary decades ago already. I highly recommend Kiwi Travel to go the extra mile in making sure you've thought of everything, especially if your next trip is out of your usual travel comfort zone.
