I have been riding at Hwy 45 Riding Stables for years. I keep my horse here and he is very well taken care of and loved. Every single horse is well loved and cared for. Darla the owner is very passionate about what she does and really wants to ensure that every rider has a positive experience. Every rider is matched to a horse depending on experience and comfort to ensure that they have the best possible experience. I love it here and I hope you will too.

We, my daughter, granddaughter, and grandson, were trail riding today at the stables and had an awesome experience. Darla and the young ladies made our experience an enjoyable one. They were all very friendly, very informative, and very good about ensuring we had the proper horses for our our level of expertise or in our case non expertise. lol!! Thank you for helping us make more great memories! Special thanks to Ashey for all her wisdom about horses as she lead us on our ride. The owners have a wonderful place and truly show they love what they do. We hope to be back!!!

Awesome place to ride! Great owners!! Been going there for years!! The only problem we encountered today was a. Neighbor women yelling at the owner about her plastic flowers!! And giving the owner a very hard time and scared the horses when we where riding them. She is going to get someone hurt!! Please stop by and check out the horses, I always ride Joe!! 10 stars for this place and the friendly owners and staff!! Thank you

We had a beautiful ride on the property. Darla and the staff work very hard to pair up each person with the correct horse and horse personality. Loved it and highly recommend riding here. Call ahead to make reservations.

Update: In response to the below. The fact that you are so quick to make assumptions without knowing me or knowing who I am is ludicrous. I keep my internet profiles very private because of my job and the fact that people are so willing to threaten and stalk my coworkers and myself. Add on to that the fact you would rather air the issues between you and your neighbors instead of addressing the issue at hand gives me an idea of your character. I do not know of any issues you have with your neighbors, nor do I care, but my advice to you would be to not accuse someone of something without knowing that person. Any good business owner would address the issue at hand and keep any grievances about their neighbors or customers private. You have shown that you don't care about any potential or future customers. If you had provided a real solution to the issue I presented I may have considered doing business with you as my daughter has been asking for riding lessons. The fact that people are required to clean up after a dog but you feel it's ok to allow the rain to wash away your horse excrement baffles me. You took 3 weeks to respond to me and I can tell you the day I drove on that ride there was much more. This will be my last response to you as this is not worth my time. I would advise you not to attack me or my character. I recently drove down South Rd, which runs behind this business. I needed to make a delivery to a resident. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed to see that a business such as this left horse excrement all over the road. I would think a business owner would have more respect for those that live on this road along with any potential visitors. I, sincerely, hope there aren't any children living on this road. Seeing how unprofessional this business is, in not cleaning up public roadways, I can say I would never do business with them. I could never be a customer of a business that is disrespectful to their neighbors and visitors.

We have been going here for years! The owner, Darla, is wonderful, the horses are well-trained, the trail-ride through the woods is beautiful and serene. Darla has many horses to choose from and finds the best match for you. A great experience every time!!

Darla and her family have a wonderful riding establishment here. After having been able to participate in regular trail rides and a few horse camps over the past couple of years, it is plain to see that she loves what she does and cares deeply for her horses, her work, and those who take the opportunity to ride. She knows her horses well and is able to pick the perfect match for each rider that comes for a visit -younger or older, inexperienced or experienced - she'll find the best buddy for you. Her horses are well trained and do a great job out on the trails, allowing you to enjoy the serene surroundings that beautiful Wisconsin has to offer. In all my visits to Darla's, I have always left feeling better than I came (there's nothing a little horse time can't fix in my opinion). I always love my time spent interacting with her,and the horses, and all those who make Highway 45 Riding Stables able to function as well as it does. If you have the chance, I would definitely recommend a visit - it's a great way to make memories with the whole family!
