Unfortunate experience, wouldn't recommend. I tend to travel a lot for business and pleasure and this was one of my most disappointing experiences. This was my first trip booked with Heart of the Valley and to be honest I would not use their service again. On the day of departure our flight had a ground stop in Chicago after we had boarded the plane in Appleton, hence we missed our connection to Jamaica. We attempted to reach the travel company but we were unable as they were not available and had no emergency contact. We were on our own. After speaking with the airlines we were placed on a later flight and informed we wouldn't be able to fly to Jamaica that day. With all this we received no assistance from the company. We had to spend money to get our own hotel rooms, food and lost a day and half of our short vacation. We were also not given any options in regards to flying into or out of another airport, in time to be of any value. We were also informed that they could not help with shifting our dates of our trip. The hotel recommended we speak with the company, that was of no use. All in all they did nothing. Again this was a disappointing experience as there was no assistance offered by this company and in the future will be using another company as I have in the past.

Extremely disappointed with a recent trip to Jamaica. Not worth booking through them ever again.This was our second time using them, and both were not pleasurable experiences. We were flying out of Appleton through Chicago and there was a ground stop on plains coming into Chicago that made us miss our connecting flight. From there, we were pretty much on our own with no help from Gina or anyone else there. Anything we were able to get done or do was done by us, and we not only ended up paying hundreds more to be stuck in Chicago for a day - we missed a day and a half in the sun. Heart of the valley basically told us to deal with it and good luck... All in all very disappointed with the customer service and talked with other providers that would be able to of helped us. Almost every other place has 24 hour travel assistance and would of had us drive to Milwaukee, not have to pay out of pocket to stay in Chicago, and saved us a day of vacation. Do not waste your money and I would suggest booking through delta vacations or another service with better customer support.

Highly Highly recommend this place!!! Mandy booked and planned our perfect/dream trip to Ireland! I went in with a huge list of must dos and she made an itinerary to help us hit most of them. She also found several other tours that helped us really get a feel for the city based on the preferences we shared. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back for our future travels! Extremely happy with her service, attention to detail and prompt responses!

Wouldn’t suggest paying the $40 fee upfront. One of the trips that was found for us was more expensive than what we had already found ourselves online. Also , was told the trip included everything, and then found out we would have had to pay $50 more per person for a bag. Disappointed.

Very happy with my experience with Heart of the Valley - they are super professional, very prompt, and when I made a mistake with my passport, Gina jumped in and fixed it within the hour. They are very on top of everything and have made planning our trip easier than ever. Highly recommend!

It doesent matter who you go through at long as it's with heart of the valley travel, we always get good service, we book trips every year, Christine Jansen is great, before, during and after your trip, she's always there making sure your trip goes smoothly as possible , if we have any questions she always calls us back in a timely matter, I recommend heart of the valley travel to everyone

Excellent service! The agents are extremely helpful and creative. For special occasions OMG, honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays !! They have created very special trips with and for families who have special needs whether it be cancer or other health issues to handicaps of a variety of kinds. Nothing is impossible for these caring ladies!
