I’d leave no stars if I could. I’ve attempted to reach this company multiple times after my mother attempted to reach them for three weeks. Their phone number goes unanswered, the 800 # re directs to the main number that goes unanswered, I’ve attempted stopping at the building but no one is there - their sign states that they are re-locating but doesn’t say where to. This company took our $3000 travel voucher and now they cannot be reached. There is no website for them and their Facebook page hasn’t been touched since 2012. Planning to report this company if I do not hear back from them by Monday.

Dave booked our travel to New Zealand. We had to return early for a family funeral, & he helped us get a refund on the return tickets which is not usually possible. Sometimes he does seem to be a bit hard to reach, but he is a very nice person who seems to know his field.
