I have dealt with Kathy several times over the past 6 years and after dealing with other agencies previously I can tell you she doesn't miss a beat! Her office is organized and gets all the documents you need out early and lets you know anything you need to know about your trip well in advance of leaving. I don't always have time to organize my trips and it's great knowing I can trust Kathy and her team to make sure when my work is done and it's time to relax she's got everything covered! I have referred friends and family to her and she has always taken exceptional care of them as well! Not to mention she has traveled extensively and can offer great advice and tips for anywhere you want to go which is priceless!!

Alyssa was absolutely fabulous! I needed the airline tickets, shuttle to and from the airport, and a car. I had initially provided her with incorrect travel dates which resulted in extra work for her. Only to find out the rates for everything were better with the incorrect dates. So, after she did the work to set everything up for the dates I originally wanted, I changed my mind to travel on the incorrect dates I had given her in the first place. She was so patient with me. I highly recommend her and David's House of Travel. This is not the only vacation they have helped me with. My past experiences have been just as great. Made my trips much less stressful.
