Wow! We have been on several trips organized by Vicki Hayes at Cruises Inc. I can not tell you how pleasant she was to deal with. Her attention to detail is amazing! When planning a Mediterranean Cruise she gave us several great options. She explained the rooms, side trips, gave us helpful hints and we even had a welcome gift waiting for us on the ship! She got us a fantastic deal on our Cancun trip. We ended up with up-graded rooms and got to use the concierge services and private bar while paying less than the regular room rate. The best was our trip to the Dominican Republic. We had a large group and all got excellent rooms, free extras and somehow she even got us in for free to a special private concert they were having in the area! Go with Cruises Inc. Go with Vicki Hayes You'll be glad you did!
