Had two drivers who seemed new, took an extra 35 minutes to leave the bus station jerking around the lot until we could get finally on the road. Bus also didn't show up until 10 minutes AFTER departure time on the ticket. Bus also apparently had issues but they didn't relay that to anyone except who was in the front of the bus so they just stopped at us a parking lot in Waukesha. Took them 1 1/2 hours to get a new bus out to us all the while telling us 10 minutes until the new driver would arrive. At one point one of the driver walked over to the Sentry foods grocery store during the wait leaving us with no driver with the bus. The response time for a new bus is appalling given the company is based in Waukesha. All in all a terrible return ride experience. Keep in mind if you reach out for a refund they will simply tell you they 'did what they could' and that they will not be issuing a refund. This was all on a Sunday night with work and school the next morning so given that we were supposed to arrive at 8:15 pm we arrived back in Whitewater at 10:10 given these delays. Keep in mind if they took proper care of their customers and kept us informed this review might look mighty different.

Dispatcher Jim was very helpful. The drivers i've interacted with are extremely pleasant. Even going as far as to help you find your bus when you walk up to the wrong one. Unfortunately at least one driver wears a Chicago Bears hat which is troubling, he was also very nice.

If it was possible to leave negative stars, I would. Pretty much, I lost my wallet on the bus and then contacted the main office to inquire about my lost wallet seeing if it was found by anyone but no one would give me a straight answer. I kept getting transferred to voicemail after voicemail... STILL NO WALLET and still no CALL BACK!! Never again!

Smart ass drivers. Asked me several times after telling him i'm going to MKE airport. The ticket desk clerk at ORD O'hare airport shuttle center, surly & inefficient. Bus services are ok, when they run on-time. When flights cancel or severely delayed on connections to MKE from ORD, bus is a back up.

Bus drivers are real jerks. One occasion, one gave me an off hand remark about my knitting hobby when I got on the bus home from college early. Then I heard him say other rude comments to other passengers as they entered. Another one, when I was coming back from Thanksgiving break, was rude to me for not knowing where he parked the bus. He parked the bus out of sight from the main terminal, by the way, which is obscured by a concrete wall. He also gave a rude remark when I asked him which cargo bay I should put my luggage on, and practically snatched my $15 bucks out of my hand. Oh yeah, $30 for a round trip? You're out of your mind, Coach USA. I would avoid this place like the plague if I could, but this is the only bus offered from my college to Milwaukee. Customer service is abysmal and they're way too expensive. Do not take them if you have any other choice.

This bus ride was horrible, the overhead luggage was squeaking the whole time, every time the brakes were used it sounded like a cat dying, the floors were full of dust, the bathroom toilet was overflowing. Overall this was a horrible experience
