My boyfriend and I have been using Coach USA numerous times to make visits. Today we got to the airport a half hour early for the bus. At 3:02 the bus pulled up for 30 seconds while we got together our things.. And then it pulled away. No one got on or off. I called their number and the woman who answered was on that exact said that we had bad plenty of time to get on. She was very rude to me and made me feel like I wanted to cry. I don't think we will be using Coach USA again.

Fine bus service, but arrived much later than scheduled for no obvious reason. Traffic was very light and it was an hour before we left Milwaukee and we hadn’t gotten further than Kenosha by the time we were due at Ohare. I’m happy I decided to leave an hour earlier to be safe. Just seems to me that the schedule is unrealistic, not that there’s a problem with the service or route.

Used their services for years when I was a flight attendant at Chicago's Ohare...and never made a complain until tonight! purchased a one way ticket back to milwaukee at 8:29pm, leaving the bus and shuttle center at 9pm...an hour later, and many frustating calls to their 'customer service line',which by the way closes at 8pm...No bus, no explanation of the whereabouts...I guess I'll wait for the 10:45pm bus and pray that it actually gets here!

The best for commute between ohare airport and Milwaukee. The bus has different stops for domestic and international. Very economical when you have no ride and 2 checkin bags. Just have to be wary of your schedule and start early to save some last minute tension in case you cant get there on time due to traffic.

We stopped at 13th St and picked up a lot more passengers, many bought a ticket on the bus, which he handled slowly and begrudgingly. We ended up at the airport almost an hour late. I was seconds away from missing my flight. Now, I've taken these guys for a while and most of the time I have no problem, but there isn't usually many passengers, that's why it isn't a one star review. This driver seems to be an exception. He was also constantly honking at people. Maybe he just had a bad day.

Extremely more reliable than the airlines and cheaper. Started taking the bus when they cancelled the last leg of our flight to Milwaukee...this was years ago but they have never varied their schedule since. Honestly, when you set down in Chicago so jetlagged you could weep and your sim doesn't work just yet because you can't read the instructions because you're so tired and maybe your luggage made it, drag your ass to the bus stop and get transported home with leg room and someone who announces the stops really loud in case you fall asleep. Really better experience than you've had stuck in the airline grind. Unless you're a first class billionaire, these people take care of you better than family.

This service is always a mess, and today was an exceptional example once again. Despite light weekend traffic the bus was 45 mins late to pick up at O’Hare to Milwaukee. On top of that we got to enjoy a 85 degree bus with no AC the whole way home. Get your act together Coach USA. Maintain your buses, and join the rest of us in 2019 with an app to help track/anticipate their actual arrival. Not much to ask.

I tried to buy online first but some issue happened and i didn't get ticket online but it deducted amount from my card. The guy contacted me and told me that "we have done it mistakenly and I am refunding it." Wasn't expecting this level of attention from them. Super Inspired.

They don’t care about customers at all. They wouldn’t let me park in a huge empty lot at their 13th St location because I had a one way bus ticket to O’Hare (didn’t need a RT because I’m flying back to MKE). They would’ve left me stranded and caused me to miss my flight! I asked if I could pay a fee or anything to park, and he said no! They will send you away and not care if you miss your bus/flight. I asked about how to park, and the 13th St ticket guy immediately got heated and upset. I had to ask him to calm down to tell me where I could park. I had to make my own arrangements and get a shuttle to the airport so I could catch the bus that was already supposed to be there during this conversation. Fortunately, the bus was 28 minutes late so I made it!! If the bus hadn’t been late, I would’ve missed my flight because of their indigence! They don’t care!

Very nice, clean, comfortable and welcoming place to wait for the bus or to pick someone up here without any of the crowds of the airport. You can even leave your car parked here for up to 2 weeks in their secured lot until you return. Extremely nice and helpful staff and driver who answer all your questions and make you feel like family. They are very reliable and run a tight ship. Organized and right on time. They even come early ahead of time. You can pay in office or pay the driver, however you like which is very convenient especially if last minute. I will definitely be a customer for life and highly recommend this place!

Just got to Ohare airport and waiting for my flight but wanted to write this review since I am really impressed by the improvement in the bus and service of CoachUSA. I took the bus from south 13th street. The bus was fairly new and comfortable. Was warm and had wifi, electric and USB charging, much better than the experiance I had last year. Although I live in Brookfield I decided to do the extra 15 mins drive since the trip to Ohare is much faster, the station is warm has seating area and restrooms. Really worth it and saved my wife driving to Chicago while snowing, tollway, parking and the long walk to the terminal. Will definitely use CoachUSA again.

If you plan to use this service, make sure you plan an extra hour on top of your expected arrival time. There was an accident on the freeway going to Chicago, which caused my scheduled bus to arrive at Intermodal about 5 minutes before the next scheduled bus. Instead of instructing those who had stops in between Intermodal - Chicago Airport to board the bus that was on schedule, we still made stops all along the route along with the scheduled bus. They should have directed the late bus go directly to the airport for those who had a plane to board. There was a group of us who cut it extremely close to our boarding times at the airport. Additionally, the bus I was on had webs near the intake air conditioning vents on the top of windows. The driver had a passive aggressive attitude the entire time. I asked him if he thought I could run to my terminal faster than the bus once we got to the airport, and he said "If you think you can beat the bus then you should". This was terminal 1, and I needed to go to Terminal 3. Not realizing how far the terminal was, I thought I could outrun the bus by the time people would get off. It wasn't long before the bus outran me, and got to Terminal 3 long before I did. While although he didn't instruct me to get off the bus in the first place, he could have suggested that he clearly would be able to get there faster than I can run with my luggage (being an average build, in healthy shape). Few suggestions to the company: -> Track your busses, and allow the customers to view where the bus is at all times through an effortless interactive interface. That way they customers can plan accordingly instead of waiting around 2 hours in the stations. There are some low cost options to implement this functionality that exist in the market. If a bus is late, inform the customers immediately. -> Implement a system where if someone is not going/waiting a stop, don't force the bus driver to stop there. I understand there are factors that limit this, such as passengers already in the bus who need to stop OR passengers who are waiting at the stop for the bus. This can be accommodated for. -> Spend some time between routes to clean the windows. -> Apologize, even if it was outside of the companies control. Practice extreme ownership. People WILL notice when a company goes out of their way to take care of their customers. When this happens, referrals go up the roof and people prefer to use your service. I prefer to take the Hiawatha train service from Milwaukee and take an Uber from Glenview to the airport. It is more expensive, but reliable. When there isn't external factors in play, the services works as expected.

There was an accident on the freeway going to Chicago, which caused my scheduled bus to arrive at Intermodal about 5 minutes before the next scheduled bus. Instead of instructing those who had stops in between Intermodal - Chicago Airport to board the bus that was on schedule, we still made stops all along the route along with the scheduled bus. They should have directed the late bus go directly to the airport for those who had a plane to board. There was a group of us who cut it extremely close to our boarding times at the airport. Additionally, the bus I was on had webs near the intake air conditioning vents on the top of windows. The driver had a passive aggressive attitude the entire time. I asked him if he thought I could run to my terminal faster than the bus once we got to the airport, and he said "If you think you can beat the bus then you should". This was terminal 1, and I needed to go to Terminal 3. Not realizing how far the terminal was, I thought I could outrun the bus by the time people would get off. It wasn't long before the bus outran me, and got to Terminal 3 long before I did. While although he didn't instruct me to get off the bus in the first place, he could have suggested that he clearly would be able to get there faster than I can run with my luggage (being an average build, in healthy shape). Few suggestions to the company: -> Track your busses, and allow the customers to view where the bus is at all times through an effortless interactive interface. That way they customers can plan accordingly instead of waiting around 2 hours in the stations. There are some low cost options to implement this functionality that exist in the market. If a bus is late, inform the customers immediately. -> Implement a system where if someone is not going/waiting a stop, don't force the bus driver to stop there. I understand there are factors that limit this, such as passengers already in the bus who need to stop OR passengers who are waiting at the stop for the bus. This can be accommodated for. -> Spend some time between routes to clean the windows. -> Apologize, even if it was outside of the companies control. Practice extreme ownership. People WILL notice when a company goes out of their way to take care of their customers. When this happens, referrals go up the roof and people prefer to use your service. I prefer to take the Hiawatha train service from Milwaukee and take an Uber from Glenview to the airport. It is more expensive, but reliable. When there isn't external factors in play, the services works as expected.

WCL is a good service. I have been using them for long time. I usually use their service going on a vacation trips aboard. Recently I did not have a good service. The person in the ticketing office at 13th street Milwaukee was rude. I would atleast expect if I am being polite the same from the other person. His name is James he said not a nice interaction with him. I know being polite does not cost much but I would be more than willing to pay somebody more who is polite to the customer.

Terrible. Our driver arrived at Amtrak on time but walked around like a confused bafoon for 30 minutes. Then we got to Mitchell and he took his sweet time to load passengers. We left there 40 mins behind schedule. Next we went to the 13th street stop and our driver went AWOL. We finally left there 1 hour behind schedule. The bus runs every hour but this guy was one hour behind at this point. I would take different more reliable transportation. I'm glad I took the early bus, just wish I would have taken a even earlier bus.

I don't fly often but enough and I always leave from MKE because I live close by. But we found a huge savings on tickets out of Chicago so we decided to take the Coach shuttle from Milwaukee to Chicago. First is parking. They have a decent size lot but parking is not guaranteed. We planned to leave early enough to drive through but if there were no spots, have enough time to get to someone we arranged to take us should we need them and get back on time for our bus. We literally got the last spot and at first we weren't even sure it was a spot. But it was. We were the first ppl at the 13th street location so checking in and getting our parking permit was a breeze. The bus ran about 10 minutes late but since we knew they were coming from Chicago and that is always unpredictable, we made sure to take a bus that would get us there 3 hours early because you can't schedule things so tight that you can't afford to be late. I saw other complaints about that. There was one guy in the waiting room who was most awesome so if this gets read, he was larger and walked with a cane. The bus arrived as promised and the driver and another more dressed up employee were right out there and luggage was loaded, we were loaded and on our way. I must have been a smooth ride because usually I get nervous on public transport but I must have fallen asleep minutes after we left and when I woke up, we were at the airport. So if I can sleep on public transportation, it must be good because I have quite a few fears. After seeing how easy it was, I'll probably always fly out of Chicago if the savings is worth it.

Stood on curb at O'Hare from 7:50pm til 10:15 when bus showed up. Driver said it didn't have anything to do with him. Why would they skip the 8:20 time slot. I can understand being late but not showing up is unforgivable.

We like to fly from Milwaukee's airport, but when we have to fly out of Chicago's O'Hare, we really like the option of Coach USA bus to get there. Included in the price of a roundtrip bus ticket is free parking for up to two weeks. It really beats the cost of parking at O'Hare for two weeks, and you don't have to drive there or pay the tolls. That said, the parking lot is not that big, and it is first come, first served, so you could find the lot is full. If it wasn't for that, I would have given Coach USA five stars.
