We have taken several trips with Carefree Travel and have had no complaints whatsoever. If a problem arose, it was never at the fault of Kathy. She is professional, has more energy than any of us and her planning of sights, shows is impeccable.

Terrible experience. Our trip was cancelled, don't know why. But I had an impossible time getting my refund. Had to call many times. Lots of excuses why she missed my call. Then when on the phone to initiate my refund, she just kept me there while having another whole conversation with some other person and just left me on the line. Would never book with her again.
