They really should have Saturday hours, at least 8-12.

In the past AAA has always been friendly and welcoming. The last visit was very different. It seemed like the staff member felt burdened by having to assist me. Also, my card was process for renewal only to find that the renewal never occurred. Hoping this is just a glitch with one of the staff members and not the future of AAA in Appleton.

They are welcoming and receptive. I was referred to their road side assistance packet. It was a great deal and that is what I use. Although I am new to it, I am yet to experience my first road side assistance.
