Washroom was very clean and nice. Hershey's Icecream was closed. We did not eat or drink anything. We needed some change and the lady at the knickknacks shop across Burger king was very polite and helpful. She gave us change without buying anything. Overall its a nice stop.

Not very busy when i was there. Bathrooms were clean and uncluttered. Some of the food places were closed. It was morning. The employees were friendly and courteous. It was easy to get in and easy to get out.

it was clean and had a variety of restraints such as pizza Hut, Starbucks, and burger King. there was a gas station and bathrooms, as they also had a little store with snacks and souvenirs. although, it was a little crowded, especially in the bathroom. overall, it was a nice place.

Very nice place. There is a Starbucks, a local shop and another restaurant there. You can get very cool souvenirs from local honey in all kinds of flavors to coal figurines. There is a West Virginia pressed penny machine but it wasn't working on our visit. Definitely a nice place to stop and take a break. Also has a very nice view.

I stop here basically every time I drive past, because of the really convenient location for northbound travel. Bathrooms are pretty nice for a travel plaza, but there is no water fountains and only a small selection of things to eat while you're here, Burger King being the only one that's open most of the time that I've been through.

Of the two travel plazas it's the best one to stop at. They got KFC and Burger King if you're hungry and then they got Starbucks too. And I got a little gift shop. The bathrooms are usually clean and there's a gas station there if you need it. It's a little expensive but the convenience of everything that you need being at one place makes up for it.

Good place to stop, rest and pick up a bite to eat. The souvenir shop doesn't really have much of interest and no one seems really that keen on shopping there so the space could probably be put to better use. The gas station was also without power at the time I was there so I can't comment on the quality. Everything else was great.

Convenient location clean bathroom plentiful the only update that needs to be made however is that there is no Hershey ice cream shop there. There is plenty of parking it is well Lit there is great separation between the truck section and automobiles and trailers. You can also load and travel pass or express card they actually have a deal that if you purchase the card you get an additional $10 added.

Great place to stop and take a break while traveling through West Virginia. Starbucks, KFC, Pizza hut, cinnabun, small gift shop, nice bathrooms. It reminded me of an airport terminal. Nice outdoor space as well.

7/7/2018 - Stopped here while traveling North on I-77. Wanted a coffee. 4 of us got Starbucks coffee. 3 of us got their special Carmel and triple mocha Frappuccino’s. Mine had no taste, was pretty much water. The boys that got Carmel made a comment that they weren’t good, they had no flavor. Husband got a hot coffee with no whip. It was given to him with whip. Lines were long. Ladies working at the Starbucks were arguing in front of the customers. Waited 10 min. For our stuff. I have yet to ever have a good Starbucks coffee. $25 was wasted. If lines weren’t crazy (added with the enter/exit of the restrooms) I would have returned them all.

Just stopped to make a "pit stop". Very large complex, lots of parking. Restroom was clean and easy to find. Had a couple restaurants, don't remember the names, but, the lines were long. Vending machines for soda and snacks were all out of order (these machines are a great idea for folks, like me, who didn't want to stand in the long restaurant lines) seemed to have a lot of gas pumps and the price was a little above the local average. Easy to see, get into and back out onto the highway.

Its extremely inconvenient that their designated pet walking area has "no parking" signs. I had three dogs and 2 kids and there is no way I was going to walk all the way over there from the store past all the truckers and the traffic...that's extremely dangerous!! Put some parking over there!!

Convenient rest stop on the 2nd leg of the West Virginia Turnpike. Easy in and out. Very limited selections for each of the restraunts though. Not the cleanest bathrooms or building but for a quick stop, not bad.

There are few places to stop on the interstate in WV, this place is decent sized, lots of shops. But it does fill up fast. So be mindful when parking so you dont leave yourself open to be boxed in by an idiot driver who only thinks of themselves

The turnpike, like all roads in WV are in beyond terrible conditions making travel in this state dangerous and in no way enjoyable. The travel plaza is simply a generic place to stop where you can get overpriced fast food.

Morton travel plaza is very enjoyable place to stop on your car trip. There are few business to patronize, such as Starbucks and Cinnabon. There is a nice outdoor area to sit, however watch out for bumblebees. There is plenty of parking, and the plaza was not very crowded. This may have been because I went there earlier in the morning.

This travel plaza is easily accessible. It is clean. You can get food, drinks, and Starbucks coffee. There is a gift shop with a variety of quality items in a variety price ranges. There is fuel available at this stop. You will pay a little bit more than local prices.

This was a fuel stop. Atmosphere was comfortable. We purchased two large cups of coffee and two honey Huns. Coffee was hot and fresh. Honey buns were fresh as well. Service was professional and friendly.

I had a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable. The room I stayed in was clean, and smelled good. I liked having the mini fridge and microwave, plus the big screen TV. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and knowledgeable. There were a few down sides to the room... The bathroom vent fan was not working. There was not enough proper lighting at the bathroom sink(area to dark) One chair was in need of repair, and bedside clock kept making sounds even after it was turned off. The charging station on bed side stand didn't work properly. Didn't realize my phone didn't charge til following morning.

Very clean. The Buger King was the only restaurant open when I stopped 9pm-8:30 am. In the morning the Starbucks did open. They do have a fueling center but it is not a walk in snack stop. Planty of car parking and a decent amount of truck parking. They have a pet area and planty of reatrooms.

Staff was super friendly at the gift shop and they had a ton of items to choose from. Bathrooms were kept clean. Several choices for places to grab good from and the food was very great and well prepared. Do not have a single complaint. I would highly recommend stopping by this place when traveling through the area.

So i said my sandwich should be fresh bc i ordered a whopper. It felt warm so i thought ok.
