Had to look in three stalls before I found one that was not disgusting. Now I wonder if that was the venue or are people that vile to destroy public bathrooms so no one else can use. Went to the gift shop/snack area, walked up to pay and the cashier finished what she was doing from the person before me and then without a word, walked over to the food counter and helped someone else as I was putting my stuff down. After a few minutes someone else came by to ring me up. Place is what I consider very expensive. A Red Bull, bag of chips and a candy bar was over $10...

The travel plaza was ok and the food was average, but the employee at the Blimpie counter was extremely rude. She was very short and annoyed when asking questions (what kind of bread and cheese we wanted) and made us feel like it would be unacceptable to ask for vegetables or sauce. She was actually rolling her eyes at us! We were not the only people walking away from the counter complaining, she was rude to everyone that we could see. It was definitely the worst service I have ever had.

Only reason I stopped here was for the restroom. The gas prices at this place are beyond ridiculous, I'm glad I filled up in Wythville Va. I'd almost rather walk instead of paying for gas at this establishment, it's borderline price gouging. My advice to anyone reading this review is ... Unless you're about to run completely out of gas wait until you get to the Ghent/ Flat Top exit #28, you'll save a few cents per gallon and you can get Subway or Godfathers pizza and there's beer and wine sold there, none of which can you get at the travel plaza.

Very Nice clean and attractive facility. Fresh made to order food. Breakfast items, sandwiches, hot & cold beverages. Snacks and souvenirs, maps, books, etc. There is arcade type games, massage chairs, Ma place for walking and relaxing in an attractive park like environment. Multiple charcoal grills are provided for guests to use. The bathrooms and facilities are very clean.

For a truck stop, this one is nice. It has some good fast food, a Starbucks and a gift shop. There's a giant bathroom, and you can get gas. I don't expect too much more from a truck stop.

They have massaging chairs. if you're tired of driving and you need a massage just put a couple bucks in the chair and you can get a massage. They have bathrooms food coffee it's really a nice place to stop at

Avoid this over priced dump. They lie about the price of gas, charging you more than the sign says, $2.09 for a 16oz Coke, $7.99 for a cold cut ham sandwich, that is $2.00 to $2.50 everywhere else. Dirty staff and place. Hepatitis for all at this place.

I had the pleasure of visiting this rest stop on I-77 in West Virginia, in the middle of the night, on a recent drive from Western New York to St Augustine Florida. It was around Thanksgiving time and the weather was wet but entry was nice and dry, well lit and there was an attendant busy at work keeping it so. The bathroom (the men's room was all I saw) was fresh and actually spotless. The highway rest stops that I stopped at on the way from NY to Florida were all great and contributed to making the long drive quite a bit less of a slog than I expected.

What a wonderful location to have a business. Just sit behind some "toll booth ahead" signs that also say cash only. No Florida or Virginia drive through and get a bill in the mail here in West Virginia. Yep, this is the choice. ATM inside along with a Starbucks, and some over priced stuff. Tons of parking for all those folks that don't carry cash to get ready to pay up.

I went there on a road trip to Ohio, and had an overall okay experience. They have a lot of different souvenirs, but they were extremely expensive. I got a hot pretzel, and that was really good, but not much else to say about this place.

This place is very clean. They have a gift shop, Starbucks, sub shop, and basic grocery snack food all in one. On a side not a bag of chips is $3 so a little pricey, but I guess you have to pay for conveinence. They also have a wall with brochures on all there is to do in West Virginia.

WTH is all I can say. stopped at approx 630 am Monday morning. No paper, no soap, no paper towels, and employees out smoking right in front of the door so could not use handicapped door button, of which I am. They barely moved and had to squeeze through them and the huge cloud of 3 employees smoke! time for management change it looks like.

When you look at the sign for this place it gives the impression that there are five or six different restaurants in here. The reality is there is ONE sandwich shop displaying a bunch of different signs ( Blimpie, UNO Pizza & so on) and a very abbreviated Starbucks counter . The rest is a bunch of junk food racks. The bathrooms are big, relatively clean & the parking lot is huge. If you need some basics, this is the place for you. If however, you are looking for, as my four-year-old would say, "more special", keep on driving. That's all folks ,nothing else to see here......

Good place to stop while driving between Raleigh NC and Louisville Kentucky. It has gas, a Satrbucks that accepts gift cards and the mobile app, and a resturant. There we a fairly long line at the Starbucks but the staff was working hard and whittled it down fairly quickly. Gas prices were in line with other gas stations in the area. Enjoy a break at the Bluestone Travel Plaza!
