I visited here many times over the years and this stop has a lot more to offer than most other rest stops in the country. Sometimes the quality of the food and the speed of service is lousy at the restaurants but it's usually pretty good. Morton travel plaza going north from here is the worst.

Worst Starbucks location I have ever been too..i go to Starbucks daily in FL so I know pretty much what everything should taste like...was driving home to visit family up north stopped here ...got a venti iced chai...got back on road took a drink....disgusting..bitter no sweetness..I imagine it's like battery acid would taste ...a waste of 5 bucks...would give 0 stars if I could

This is always a favorite rest stop for us. It's clean and bright inside and there are good restaurants inside that are open late and usually one that is open 24 hours. There's plenty of pop and good snacks at the store there. No matter how cold it has been, we always stop there.

Great place to shop for artisan products and WV craft products. The renowned restaurant, serviced by The Greenbrier, is a great place to grab a quick meal. They also have ice cream stand if you just want something to hold you over. Just a wonderful place to visit!

We got to the travel plaza a little after 8pm and the only shops open we're the Burger King and then convenient store. Totally bummed that I couldn't get coffee from the coffee shop or have more options to pick from.

This place is pretty nice overall for the amount of traffic that comes through here. If you find some of the lines to be too long, there is a register towards the end of the building that seems to never have a line.

The Beckley Travel Plaza is clean and there are lights covering the entire outside area, very well lit. There are several restaurants inside but be advised they are not open late. Even during daytime hours not all of the restaurants are open. Still, it's nice to be able to make one stop and have options available for everyone. We have been there many times over the years and will continue to stop there.

Staff slow to busy flirting with the guys. They need to stop calling guys babe, baby, honey etc...the girls at the pizza place is extremely guilty of this. Need to do their job. Bathroom dingy. If you don’t like your job find one you do like so you can be professional and enjoy doing what you do.

We are a married couple who travel together in a semi. So if you are like us and always shower together don't bother stopping here for some reason they won't allow you to do so I didn't bother asking there reasoning behind this we just left. We had no problem paying double for the shower but we where not going to be told what we could and couldn't do as a married couple! I can't understand how this would be"safer" and instead of holding up 2 showers it would just hold up one so someone else could get in and take one. Oh well guess we just won't stop here anymore.

The restrooms were filthy. I don't understand how people could stomach flinging fecal matter everywhere, but to leave it that way is just foul. On the bright side, there's food and Starbucks! Although after seeing the restroom, one would need a stomach of steel to eat.

Very hard to find place to park for truck drivers at night because this place is so popular Burger King is great the coffee is okay they only got Starbucks accept it a little fuel Kiosk for truck drivers but otherwise it's a nice place usually pretty clean well built and if you taking a 34 there's a museum on the other side of their little Service Road does Munch apart from local artists something different to go see if you got a chance

There are 2 parts, depending on your desire. You can gas up, is the bathroom, get a quick bite at the travel plaza, PR you can go up the hill to shop, watch glassblowing and enjoy a gourmet meal. Tamarack has something for everyone!

Good trucker friendly place to stop for the night. Plenty of parking, not sure why people are complaining. Go here instead of the small Loves an hour away south bound. Nice gift shop, a Burger king and a few other places to eat. Bathrooms are kinda ehh but theres plenty of stalls.

Store, gift shop, and showers are clean. Staff very friendly. Food court was kinda dingy. Also be careful walking around the parking lot. I stepped out of the truck and a syringe was laying on the ground. But I guess that could happen anywhere.

I really like this travel plaza. Wish I had time to do a thirty-four here. It has everything you could possibly need. It's got a huge parking lot for truckers and it's very well lit at night. Several restaurants to choose from and they have a nice little gift shop! The people I met were very friendly. They even have showers with an attendant on duty. Plus, it's safe enough that you can walk to stretch your legs or walk your pets. I will most definitely stop again.

When we not only filled up our truck with diesel we also filled up with water. Amazing free high pressure water filled our RV tank. In nearby Tamarack a glass of water costs .25. Handicapped toilets are very convenient.

From a trucker, the travel center was typical turnpike plaza fast food Star bucks, tho no cheap alternative for coffee. The showers stole the show, big, clean, nicely designed felt like a spa not what I normally see at truck stops

This is a popular place for travelers. Cars and trucks have separate areas. You can fill up on gas with regular or diesel gas at self serve tanks. Besides clean handicap accessible rest rooms that always have an open section, there is a convenience store with prepackaged sandwiches, popcorn, etc. Food places include Burger King, Sbarro, Starbucks, and Quiznos. I was pleased to find a salad at Quiznos. Though this place is often a stop for buses, I've always managed to find a table. There are picnic tables outside too.

This is consistently one of the cleanest travel plazas that I come across along my regular drive between MO and VA. I now stop every time, to the extent my dog has a favorite bathroom spot. It's remarkable enough to prompt a review of a place I stop to use the restroom, but on a long trip, I appreciate the effort done to keep it clean.

I know this was my own experience and I hope it doesn't happen to anybody else, but I'm a truck driver had to go to the bathroom really bad. I went into the stall not realizing the toilet leaked and when I pulled my pants up the back of my pants were soaking wet. I can only hope it was just water. But the lesson was learned and I will always look before I squat

The parking lot is very nice and big. But it doesn't have enough parking spaces. Trucks parked everywhere even on the street. I had no choice but to park on a no parking zone to take my 30 minutes break, and many trucks winding around looking for an empty spot most of them had to get back on the road and keep on going somewhere else, a lot of angry truck drivers very upset leaving the Travel Plaza

This a great location for a quick stop off of the road to use the bathroom and get something to eat. The only complaint is that during busy travel times, such as around the holidays, the bathrooms can get VERY dirty and the lines get long.

Dingy bathrooms, unhappy staff, and SLOW service. I do understand its a busy Sunday but there wasn't even the slightest attempt at either customer service or speed. You are better off driving to Beckley even though most places are away from the highway. We always stop in Beckley as its convenient and usually you get that WV hospitality.

This travel plaza is a couple of turns off the toll road, awkwardly designed and awkward to get to. The Starbucks was tiny with only pastries, no breakfast food (it was 10:00 am on a Saturday) and my cappuccino was burned. A functional stop for caffeine and gas, but not much else.

I use this as my go to stop before or after coming through the mountains. They only have a few food stops. It's always busy and the bathrooms are always clean. Nor much of a food selection.

Has food shops to get a quick stop and restrooms. Has everything you'd need while traveling and is great to stop at. Very clean. But make sure at the pizza place near Burger King they get your order right because they got mine wrong! Restrooms are overall clean and are okay to go into. Stop here if you need to get out of the car and get some food and drinks.

Although this travel plaza offers several food and drink choices, it’s a pain to get to, and it was quite dirty. Especially the bathroom. I don’t think the floor had been cleaned in a while. But there is ample parking. I’d go across the way to the art place to use the restroom.

Not much in the way of healthy choices. The best we could find were some salads that were aging at Sbarro. There's a Burger King. The sandwich shop wasn't open at lunchtime. It is very close to the highway so it's easy to stop and getting back on the road is very easy, as well.

For someone who drives all over the country, I gotta say this is a great stop! I don't usually take long breaks (20-30 min) but here I do. Tvs with radar, walking pathways to the Tamarack if ya want and all kinds of sandwhich shops and a Starbucks to get u a red eye to keep goin otr strong

As usual with these places on these paid toll roads the gas is way overpriced the food is way overpriced. it takes time to get in and out of them and if you get off of the toll road it cost you to get off and stop at a gas station or restaurant someplace else. So many people pack in these places getting their gas and snacks and food and drinksthat it is never a quick stop it is never easy and get your gas get your food get back out it always takes 20 minutes just to stop and get what you need and go.or try to fill up before I hit each end of the toll road.

The travel plaza was very clean and had lots of options for food, snacks, etc. It was busy when we were there, but there was plenty of parking and room inside for everyone. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you're on a long road trip and need a break for your bottom and belly!

Good food clean atmosphere. Has about a quarter of the parking they need for trucks. For what you're paying to run that road you think they would be able to put enough parking in 4 people. Struggle to find a place to park at 5 in the afternoon and when I left at 3 in the morning I had to ask two people to move just to get out. Kind of sad
