I went in the office to find extended stay sites and air fare. I was greeted by an enthusiastic, patient travel agent. She not only found me lots of choices for an extended stay location, but tailored them to our budget, distance from work, and checked availability, as well as, amenities. She helped us find airfare that was the most economical and the route that would get us to our destination with the least hassle. Krysten was fantastic to work with, and our membership is worth every penny just from that one experience. I immediately told our sons to always book through AAA.

I am not very happy with the treatment I received at the Zanesville store. I am the holder of an Ohio Concealed Handgun License. The little "no guns" sign by the door , brands ME as a criminal, not worthy of my rights! I know, and I assume YOU know, that the Law specifically shields ALL businesses from any liability for anything I do as a citizen , exercising My Rights. I can therefore only think the presence of this sign is a political statement directed at ME and the other more than 1 in 10 Ohioans who Believe in America , the Home of the Free. Your political statement demands that We must leave a loaded firearm in the car in the vicinity of your store, or go Unprotected for the entire trip. A 34 year member of the Association, I have not , as yet, inquired as to alternatives to AAA, but perhaps I need to look around. A Shame, as otherwise, I have been well pleased with AAA.

I feel more confident with AAA planning than doing it on my own anyway. I might forget something important and she knows EXACTLY what to say and do. I'm really looking forward to our trip now.

Unbelieveable one of the worst experiences of my life!!! Purchased a plus membership due to the fact that i live out in the country and i am getting old. I was almost to New Lexington friday 4/15/17 when my truck transmission failed at a busy intersection .I called triple A while directing traffic and was told my eta for tow would be 25 min. Twenty minutes later a gentleman from triple A called back and said I have two choices one I can find my own tow or wait two more hours .At first i thought he was joking but he was not . I am thinking to myself what can i do? I paid for a service and feel abandoned Ten minutes later a local man offered to pull my truck to a safe location which was a block away . Then i called my daughter who lives an hour and a half away . The kicker is my truck showed up at 12:30 in the morning . What if i couldnt get a ride??
