Natalie was very helpful to certify my grandson's car seat since it has been over thirty years since I last had to strap a toddler into a car seat. Looking forward to picking up our trip-tic for the Upper Peninsula this week for our trip in September.

This is a fantastic location with a super friendly staff. I was there to meet with Rella, who is the insurance agent there. She was helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and has plenty of parking in the front and back of the store. The travel agents have always been helpful on past visits to the store. This AAA really provides a great AAA experience.

Not the greatest experience at AAA in Lancaster. Went in asking about a river cruise. After receiving some information, we returned 3 days later and asked about specific pricing. We were confused on whether the price quoted by Viking was per person or for the both of us. We were informed by Lana that it was for both of us. We went ahead and told her to book it. She signed us up for a new credit card, booked the cruise, and paid a $1,000 deposit through the new card. When she went to give us all the paperwork, I discovered that Viking was charging us the quoted price for each of us, not for the both of us. Told her to cancel everything since we were not going to pay $17,000 for a river cruise, instead of the $7,900 quoted. She apologized, but what good is that if you don't know what you are doing. 10 days later I find that the credit card has us owing the $1,000. Went to AAA and spoke with Natalie (management) and was basically told I had to check with the credit card company because the credit had been issued, but it may take 21 days to get. No help from her either. So now, I have to pay on the credit card for an error AAA made and all I was being told was that they were trying to help me. Helping me would be taking care of the problem immediately. They do NOT care even when they made the mistake. I have records to prove all of this if anyone thinks this is incorrect.

On Thursday, October 30, I stopped into the AAA Lancaster office to purchase rupees for our trip to India. The staff lady told me that in all probability the rupees would not be available until Monday, which seemed reasonable to me. To my surprise, I received a call from AAA on Friday already, saying the rupees were available for pickup. I don't know how they did it that fast: I was impressed and picked up the rupees on that day!

Megan Shreyer is wonderful! Last year I had to go out of town for a sick loved one. She knew I was all alone and even called on me to make sure I was alright. She is the best! Keep up the great work Megan. Your customer service is awesome :)

My experience with the AAA office in Lancaster, OH, in particular one of its agents, Ms. Lana Fisher, has been outstanding. She has scheduled the details my travel routs including lay-overs as though it was to be her jaunt, with all of its foregone conclusions predetermined. AAA has eased this travelers mind I wholeheartedly recommend AAA as your next destination point!

Lana was very friendly and welcoming - took care of my request for a local map within 5 minutes when I stopped in on June 30! Have found this location to take time as needed. First time I visited about a year ago the representative helped create a trip for me to travel to Michigan and Indiana. Useful and helpful.

Not really user friendly. I had to direct the needs and soecifically inquire about ibtions. I will orobably stick more to my Costco travel program and leave AAA for mechanical issues whike in the road (flat tires, lock outs, running out if gas)

We used to go to AAA in Pickerington, but the service was not very good. Then we tried AAA in Lancaster and were lucky enough to find Megan. We have worked with her the last couple of years and would not want to deal with anyone else. She seems to really care about helping us to get the best vacation possible. She even sent us a welcome back card when we came back from a cruise she booked. That is a wonderful, personal touch. Thank you Megan and AAA Lancaster.
