Timothy was always available, night and day, and responded promptly to the few requests we had. When I tell friends the price of our trip, they find it hard to believe that we were able to fly around the world for such a reasonable price. Thank you Timothy.

We worked with Tim for over a year to plan our trip around the world. His prices were significantly less than quotes from other companies and websites and he was always gave good advice and tips along the way. We needed to make several adjustments and changes in getting to our final itinerary and Tim helped us achieve our goal. He also helped us to arrange other things, like drivers and tours while we were in India (a definite bonus in our minds!). We also needed to make changes while on our trip, some on very short notice, and Tim always came through in the end! We were travelling with two children, so flying at decent times was a priority for us and Tim was always able to meet our requests. We were very happy with our tickets and had an absolutely brilliant time travelling the world.

Timothy Aurora organized our RTW business class flights last year. We asked for some specific dates and unusual destinations. He gave us suggestions and advice as we worked out our itinerary, then put it all together. Some destinations took a while to book at prices he was happy with but with his knowledge and skill it all came together in the end. We couldn't have been more pleased. He was reachable at any point during the trip and knew of any delayed flights. Everything was seamless. We really felt secure. He knows the business well and is always on the lookout for the best prices and your best travel experience!

I was trying to find good and reliable service, especially if you know that your trip can not fail! I went on a 4 moth trip with my fiancé, I really wanted to be perfect since we were planing it for ages. As we were planning it, eventually one of our friends recommended this service. The dates were very flexible, the price was decent and throughout our communication I realized that we could schedule our trip finally. We were texting on whatsapp all the time for every little thing me and my fiance needed, so it was awesome! At one moment we wanted to switch a bit our route and though we did miss our flight from Beijing to Bali, we were skyping with our agent Viktor and I was worried, but the next day we were on our way to Bali. We didn't actually know that our flying company changed some dates and had different flights than we planned so we were kinda lost, I taught our trip was over in Beijing. But luckily we had Viktor to save us, so I was really pleased and happy that we will continue our trip. The rest of the trip we were enjoying our time and had the best time ever! The good thing is that we could ask and text our agent in any moment and we got the response quickly, so it meant great thing for me that I had the best time with my fiancé and that we had a trip memorable for life. I want to thank you all, we are coming back as soon as we get chance!

We had such good service from Anthony. He was amazing. Helped us from beginning to end, even though we had some problems in Kenya. He emailed us and phoned to find out how we were doing, so we figured he really cared. Reliable, caring, sense of humour, and tried to get back to us when we emailed with a problem. We had gone from Vancouver, Ho Chi Minh City, Nairobi around the world one way. We are both seniors and found it hard to walk very far, but Tony organized transportation throughout our trip in all airports. We will call him again when we need first class service, which might be at the end of 2018! Thank you Tony!

Tim is Excellent. I have taken several trips under his knowledgeable guidance, and I have been very pleased with every single one of them. I just wish he could be a little faster, but I certainly understand the importance of doing his research work without rushing. This requires time, so that he can come up with the best possible itineraries and prices. For "leisure" trips, I don't need a quick reponse. For crucial business trips, however, minimizing the total elapsed time to get the ticket is essential. Other than this minor timing issue (which is really my issue and not Tim's issue), I'll be delighted to continue getting my long-haul tickets from Tim and I'll be delighted to recommend his wonderful services to others. Initially I was somewhat nervous about using a travel agency I wasn't familiar with online for such an extensive trip. After a few emails exchanged Tim agreed to meet me at a coffee shop in Calgary as we both live in the same city. I gave him a rough itinerary of my travels plans and a budget and he gave me a very reasonable quote. His personal experience travelling the world has provided a knowledge base thats fantastic. Not only does he offer very reasonable prices, he takes the hassle out of trying to do it yourself in foreign countries with language barriers and other issues. Just try to give him a bit of notice and he'll come through with great arrangements. He goes above and beyond as far as service selecting the most desirable flight plans for connecting flights for dates and times. When i missed a flight in Italy he did everything possible to get me to my destination. Don't be afraid to use him if your going to do a RTW trip.
