My group and I had the most amazing experience with Over the Rainbow Balloon Flights. The initial flight we booked was cancelled due to weather but Bill went above and beyond to make things right and ensure we got on another flight ASAP! The sunset flight started off by meeting at Matthew's Winery in Woodinville and sipping on some wine. Soon we were transported to the launch site and we were up in the air in no time! Our pilot was hilarious which added a fun element to the the gorgeous views. At the end of the flight we returned to the winery where we were enjoyed some snacks while our pilot shared stories about the history of air ballooning. I can't say enough good things about the experience or the amazing staff at Over the Rainbow Balloon Flights. I HIGHLY recommend it!

We had a really great time. It was the BEST birthday present that I ever received!! (I LOVE MY HUSBAND!) Captain Bill made the experience interesting and fun. The whole crew did a wonderful job of making it an enjoyable experience for everybody there. The weather was perfect, the company was lovely, and the flight was flawless. I was surprised just how SMOOTH the flight actually was! I felt comfortable flying with Captain Bill- he knows his stuff! I would highly recommend Over The Rainbow for your ballooning adventure!

Went on a balloon ride this morning for my 50th birthday. The weather was great! The flight was very smooth and gentle. We started in Maltby and floated peacefully through the air until finally touching down at the Woodinville Park and Ride. The staff were professional, engaging, and happy to answer any question that was thrown at them.

My family and I took a flight last night with Over the Rainbow Hot Air Balloon Rides for my sister's 30th birthday and we had an absolutely amazing, memorable time. Bill, our Flight Captain, was charming, personable, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He and hi crew were incredibly skillful and, as passengers, we always felt very safe. The ride itself was just gorgeous and very, very peaceful. What an amazing experience!!

Anniversary celebration, 5 stars isn't enough, the crew genuinely loves their job and it shows, the flight was crazy how much control our captain had. Let me start out with, I love riding in a hot air balloon! I decided to surprise my Husband with an amazing adventure for our wedding Anniversary and Over the Rainbow was perfect. The whole experience was laid back and wonderfully relaxing. The crew was knowledgeable and capable. They knew what they were doing. Our captain was awesome! He was incredibly kind and generous. I would recommend this company and the experience they offer a thousand times over. Two thumbs up for Over the Rainbow!!!

I took my wife on a sunrise hot air balloon ride to celebrate our anniversary. My wife claims she is afraid of heights but the ride was very smooth so she got over it after the first few minutes. Our captain was Al, who is funny and has the piloting of the balloon down to a science. The warmth from the burner was perfect to keep us warm in the cool morning air. The whole experience was wrapped up with mimosas, celebrating yet another successful flight.

It was a gorgeous morning with a great sunny weather. A little steam fog in forest made the sunrise charming and magical. Captain had a great sense of humor and was a awesome storyteller:) Special thanks to everybody in their team. They were fast, organized and knew what they’re doing. Highly recommend these guys!

seriously great, had a wonderful time. We did have to reschedule a couple times due to weather, but once we finally had a clear night it was awesome. I already want to go again. Cap't Bill had the smoothest take offs and landings, every airline pilot could take a lesson from him. We had a gorgeous night - could see Rainier, Baker, the San Juans, and flying over the valley was just gorgeous itself. Very peaceful (other than the occasional bursts from the burners), and Cap't Bill knew everything and every question we put to him. And ending at Matthews Winery for a little wine, cheese and crackers was a perfect ending. I already want to go again.

If you've ever been thinking of going and have never been, book your flight with Over the Rainbow! They are very professional and the overall experience is amazing! The captains are very experienced and made the flight smooth and easy, including the take off and landing! The other personnel are well organized and great at their jobs. *Location note: Snohomish has more fog/lower clouds than Woodinville which makes booking there hit or miss. I suggest booking for the Woodinville location, you're less likely to have a cancelled flight.

We took our 95 year old Grandma on a bucket list trip in the hot air ballon. Such an amazing experience and trip of a life time! The crew is amazing and we had the smoothest landing ever! They took extra good care of us!! Highly recommend everyone do this at least one! Cheers!

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! Bill is the best pilot ever! My husband and I got married on a hot air balloon flight here. We also flew every anniversary for the first ten years. No two flights were ever the same: some were fast, some were slow and lazy; some went north, some went south; some were sunrise, some were sunset; every flight was an amazing, breathtaking, incredible experience! You'll want to repeat the experience again and again!
