Arrived home yesterday and we really enjoyed ourselves in Ireland. Took a 6 day Tour of Ireland with the Paddywagon and our driver was funny, informative and knew where to eat in every town, where to go for shopping, etc. London was interesting, viewed Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Windsor Castle, Bath and Stone Hedge. Wonderful time all around.

My insurance rep is suppose to be working out of this office but I’m not sure because nobody has called me back. I was hit February 15 2019, the accident was not my fault but I needed to talk to my insurance rep Kim S. I called the day of the accident and have called 8 times since then and today is 10 April 2019. I am still waiting for ANYONE from this office to call me back. This was my first ever car accident and these people just left me alone to try to get through this by myself,,,Moreover, you need to watch your policy, both my homeowners and car insurance have had changes made to them without my written permission. (without my written permission meaning I’ve never meet Kim S, and have not had the need until now to physically go to their building of operation) I was re-assigned a new rep without being told,,, from the person I started with, to Kim S without my permission. Honestly I went with AAA as my broker initially because of the person not the company so when I received notice of the person being changed without asking me what I wanted I felt used and betrayed and unimportant and who wants to pay a company to be treated like that. Therefore to get out of this I have to sacrifice and do without in order switch my insurance company for not only my car but my home, so more stress on top of everything else. Save yourself a lot of worry and stress go someplace else.
