Shannon put together a 12-day flights, accommodations and tours package for my wife and I in London and Paris. We had private transfers to/from airports and hotels, with great local drivers. The hotels were wonderful, with fantastic local British and French charm. Shannon kept us updated with any minor changes or alterations, and everything worked perfectly! When it came time to planning our honeymoon, my husband and I were unsure of where to even start. Shannon set up a short phone call with my husband and asked what we wanted out of our vacation. After answering a couple other questions it was decided, Mexico! Another friend had recommended a resort with overwater bungalows. Knowing that we wanted to keep the price down, Shannon suggested we split the week between the normal rooms and the bungalow. We had an amazing time and she was always there if we had any questions. We have previously used Shannon for a trip last year and she had done an amazing job that we knew who to go to for our Caribbean vacation. She gave us many options to choose from and we narrowed it down to St. Lucia. She picked out a perfect resort for our family after asking us a series of questions as to meet our needs. Shannon did all the logistics of transportation, even asking of excursions or setting up reservations. She emailed tips and places to visit or see while on the island. Even when we received an alert on our phones telling us our flights could be cancelled due to weather, Shannon was very prompt on finding us options. Shannon helped us narrow down a plethora of options to create the perfect honeymoon, and gave us some great ideas for activities and adventures while we were there! Booking our honeymoon through Shannon allowed us to start the relaxation early - we didn't even have to leave our couch, as all of the planning and booking was done via phone and e-mail. Shannon was prompt to answer e-mails and adapted our itinerary readily when we decided to make some changes. Having never booked through a travel agent before, we were deeply impressed by the quality of the accommodations Shannon provided for the overall price. The following year, we booked a first anniversary celebration at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico through Shannon, and it lived up to every wonderful thing she told us about it. I've recommended Shannon to my family, and they've been just as happy with her travel expertise as we have. We'll never plan a vacation without her again!
