She actually saved my Anniversary trip from being a disaster because of a Passport issue she caught. She called the airlines for me, had it corrected, and even got the fee waived! We rented a hotel just minutes away.. Maxi was excellent for the octopus and anchovies. But they have almost no veggies except a house salad. Everything was pleasant and the service was extremely friendly. Just like old friends in the neighborhood. It is however not in the preferred access area for easy transport to the main section of tourist attractions.

We have booked 2 amazing vacations with Mary from The Travel Connection. One to Cancun, Mexico and one to Montego Bay, Jamaica. They were so much fun and a great price too. I like being able to book my vacation and not have to worry about a thing because Mary takes care of it all! I have recommended Mary to several people and they also had great experiences.

I called in October to plan a 2-week trip for seven to Italy over the Christmas break. The lady helping me promised emailed results and a phone call in three days, which seemed very nice and reasonable. After seven days I called back around 11 am, asking politely how the plan was progressing, and was told that within two hours, she would send an email and call me back, that she had everything "almost ready". Now it's a day later and still no call, no email. What is going on here? Why not just say that you have more business than you can handle and leave me free to find another agent without wasting my time and eroding trust in their agency?

First I’d like to say that I’m a consumer who really takes pride in supporting businesses that value each and every one of their customers and can deliver that “wow” experience. I typically go on vacations during the winter months and I used to go through a competitor in the past, but I figured I’d give Celece a shot when she opened her agency back in 2009. This month marks 8 years of being one of her clients and I’ve been more than impressed with the service that’s been provided to me. For just about every location I choose to visit she’s already been there herself so she is full of information and advice, sometimes I feel like I’m talking to a local from the area. Year after year regardless of what I can afford, The Travel Connection has consistently been able to bring that “wow” experience to the table which is they continue to earn my business. Thank you Celece and everyone involved that has gone above and beyond my expectations of what a Travel agency should be.

We have tried using this agency a couple of times. The first time, they told my husband that we weren't worth their time. We tried using them again for another vacation coming up, and after we told them our budget, and what were hoping for, they told us to do it ourselves. We said that we were flexible about budget and location, and they still just blew us off. I thought a travel agency was supposed to help you figure out travel plans that work for you. We gave them very basic wants, that could really fit any budget, and when they called me back, they said that they couldn't find anything and that I should just figure it out by myself.
