This bus company is the worst by far. I called to book two seat together for an adult and child. When my mother arrived to the office they inform her she has seats 7 and 10. I called the day before to specifically buy seats 9 and 10 and even got a confirmation for the seats. Who in their right mind sit a 6 year old with a stranger. My mother was informed by there employees that they didnt care as long as someone bought their tickets nothing mattered (fernando from mcallen said that).
