This is an awful experience to use bus transportation in USA. I had a ticket for 4am morning. I arraived 20 minutes early on bus station in Odessa, TX. I waited 1 hour and 45 minuets in a clod weather outside. Once the bus came, driver told me there is no seat available in the bus. However, I called them the day before to change my ticket and representative told me I called 5 minutes late and they closed its schedule. I also charged my credit card 20 minutes extra. I tried to call Greyhound but nobody picks phone. That was a very bad service and I got so disappointed and frustrated.

Worst company ever!!!! I will not recommend or ever use your company again!!! It's was a disaster from the start!!! I had been left behind by my bus because I want to gas station bathroom. My bus was supposed to be here at 2:30 it's 5pm and nothing. No one can even give me a straight answer. Then I was told because they made me miss my second bus that was the companys fault for them being late I was repsonsible for paying 20$ to change the time for there mistake. What a rip off company and a scam. This is aboslutly worst mistake taking this company I will be contacting my lawyer because of the terrible staff and harrasment and I encountered on this Trip!!!

The Odessa bus station are thieves. They stole 100's of dollars in stuff from my moms luggage. They would not give her a claim from to sign and the supervisors refused to speak with her. I would never travel out of Odessa again.

ok. So do NOT every use GREYHOUND BUS. They are the worst bus company ever. My mom gets her ticket 2 days in advance. My husband and best friend get her to the bus stop last night at 1:01 a.m. Her bus is scheduled to leave at 1:55 a.m. At 2:15 a.m. they start calling the company to find out where the bus is. They claim its on its way, however the tracking on the bus shows it almost to sweat-water tx. After fighting with them over that, my best friend finally calls abilene greyhound and the guy says that dispatch is down to call back in 30 minutes. They wait and call back and the guy says "the bus is here, but ya'll are on your own." click. She then had to wait for the 5:05 a.m. bus from her stop. After that, the bus leaves and doesnt get to dallas to ill 1 pm. she was suppose to have only an hour layover but now is stuck there till 7pm?????? she was suppose to get to her destination at 6:45 pm tonight and now it will be 6:45 am tomorrow before she gets there. this company is horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

Loved the staff loved the atmosphere. Nice neighborhood and there is a great little restrant behind it. It called Danger Zone, they serve from burgers to tamales great mix of Mexican and American food. They are open from 5pm to 11pm Tuesday- Friday oh and they serve great Mexican beer as well

Almost always had bad experience travelling with greyhound. They usually are late even for hours. Greyhound employees are very rude to talk everywhere. This bus would always be my last choice when exploring my travel options

Horrible service to say the least. Also it turns out if the bus gets delayed 5 hours they will not let you know about it. And as soon as closing time comes around they kick everyone out into freezing weather to wait for a bus to show up at an uncertain time. (December trip)

Had a bus to Dallas that was supposed to arrive in Odessa TX at 7:40pm me and 7 others were sitting out there for 4hrs waiting on the bus didn't get on there till about 1am I'll never take grey hound again. If I were you I would eather drive your own vehicle or fly, or try another bus company just here to save you time other then greyhound will have you waiting more time then you were told.

All the places the bus stops at you are rush to get back on the bus. The bus was always late in getting to the next city. Also the buses are dirty and the bathroom did not work. Bus drivers were very rude. You could not talk, have a light on to see what you are doing or wanted to play cards. I give this trip a minus 5

Well outlined terminal description, you can check your itenery by yourself on the screen,very big station so you might do a lot of walking to your terminal and if you don't know how to follow directions can be confusing. You have places you can do some gift shopping,good court and other good stuff

I just hope the regional manager or somebody important to the company reads this! The fat old woman who runs the ticket window is rude and abusive and I have seen her lie to people's faces that there are no tickets available only because she does not want to sell tickets if a bus is running late and the station may need to stay open. She sits in the office eating and eating and let's the phone ring and ring while she watches whatever fat lazy women watch on their phones. When asked questions, she is rude and acts if bothered. This woman needs to be done away with. Is this how you want your business represented, Greyhound?

I’m giving this place four stars. The reason being is because my bus was at midnight. I looked up the place ahead of time to see what time it closed if it did close. I knew that when I got there I would have to wait outside. But from the looks of it the place was clean from the outside. And I wish the lighting was better to make people feel more safe. The pick up was a couple minutes late but it’s understandable and the driver was nice and friendly.

Its my only means of getting to work and home from days off I work in the oil feild like so many other people I know every time we have to use this service it's a nightmare to deal with only reason they make money from us it's a necessity it wouldn't be so bad if they just had better people that cared but these people here do not care one bit for the people that use the bus like take pride in your work don't take it out on the passengers cause that's what they do all the time you ask 1 question they get angry you try to get a ticket it's a waiting game always I understand people are hard to deal with but they make people mad if you want better costumers treat them better and your job will be easyer I hate using the bus but I have no choise armor up when comming to this place it's like stepping into prison for the first time you will be taking by suprize

Old Odessa, TX terminal closed. This the new 1. It's winter. It's a dick move to close the terminal and make ppl wait out in the freezing cold. Buy ur ticket online as they gouge you when you buy at the counter. It's a Crapshoot if they debit/credit machine works.

If you travel by grayhound I would recommend that you make sure that the bus is going to be on time and that you don't have to wait an hour to 4 hours just to get to where you're going. Complaining doesn't work as it fall on deaf ears

Everytime I called them they just answer any hang up. What a terrible way to do business. The old fat white woman behind the counter needs customer service lessons. The men's bathroom was unclean with blood splatter on the toilet and walls. There is no information on the entry doors to give you the hours of operation. But I guess that this is how they do business in Texas. The first two driver's were great but the third was new and needed more training. Now the forth one made the trip by running the AC freezing the paying passengers and refused to turn on the heat. Keep in mind that it's winter. I am also a professional driver and see no reason for this type of customer service.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE !!!! The Buses were arriving late!! Normally in planes or buses they have the parent with their little kids go on board first, due to the child should always sit with their parents.... NOT IN GREYHOUND!!! In my experience the bus was completely full and I had my 4 year old niece sitting on the lap A 7 HOURS TRAVEL because they were no seats next to eachother. Also I called the bus station they gave me the WRONG itinerary time for my final destination.... Now we have to wait a 6 hrs delay in one of the stops I will be arriving 8 later than the original time that was giving to me! I HATE IT Don't recommend it

Catch the Midland/Odessa bus to Pecos after I get of my flight every time and vice versa. I catch the greyhound bus at the chambers of commerce in Pecos to Midland/Odessa and walk to the airport just in time for my flights every time. 30 bucks each way you can't beat that. I only carry a back pack so it's all good.I fly in from Houston and walk from the airport to the bus station. It's about a 30 minute walk. Same thing in Pecos. Just FYI for some people that think you can't make it to the airport from Pecos with out the shuttle or a ride. I buy the ticket on line but make sure it coordinates with my flight. Usually I'm at the airport 1 hour to a hour and a half before my flight takes off. Love the service, keep up the great work guys.

This place has bad customer service & they need more training on how to do their job. They told my brother they had another bus coming after his 1st bus had left because there wasn't any more room. The time the lady told him he soon found out that there was no more buses coming until the next day. So him & some other people have to sleep outside in the middle of nowhere until they open tomorrow. He was suppose to be at his destination tomorrow morning. He asked for her name to make a complaint she told him he'll have to wait until he makes it to his destination before he can do so nit to mention she was rude as hell. Well I'm making it for him early & tomorrow I will make sure he calls & makes his complaint to. DON'T USE GREYHOUND!

The driver told me I can not take you because I do not have seat which dosent make sense at all.
