Emily with Southwest Travel Group was amazing to work with. She planned our family trip to Disney this summer . She was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations on where to stay, what to eat, and must do attractions. She sat down with us before we left and made sure all of our questions were answered and everything was set for our arrival. There were no glitches! We were all able to relax and have fun thanks to Emily!

We had a Summit which was put together at the last moment - three months out - due to another venue pulling out - Southwestern Event Coordinator Iriina was hands on and took care of our request. It is a great venue to host an event and the caterers provided us with an extremely fabulous and delicious breakfast buffet. Coffee and water were replenished by Southwestern staff. All in all, the venue was great. The only drawback was the vendor space but we determined there were some options for the next event. Thank you Irina and Kristin. I would highly recommend it and parking is free and ample space.

Experienced and passionate staff put together great corporate events, national meetings, and incentive trips all over the world including Jamaica, Italy, and Costa Rica to name a few. They take care of the details from negotiating hotel contracts, booking transportation, and on-site management. This company also works with school groups to plan educational tours to places like Washington DC, New York, Nashville, and Orlando.

From the first conversation to finalizing the details of the itinerary, everything has been well thought out and executed in a timely manner. Excellent customer service and always a timely response. Also, you must ask about the loyalty program. It is unlike any in the student travel market.

Never again will I allow a travel agency to do anything for me that I can do myself. My stress level was higher instead of lower and I could see no savings over doing everything myself. Poor communication was the main issue, in my opinion.
