I booked the Zipline & Rafting package for our family vacation. My 12 year old daughter & 15 year old son loved both activities. It was the perfect day. LaShawn was our rafting guide. He thoroughly briefed us prior to setting out and thoroughly entertained us on the river. We “surfed” & spun the raft in addition to enjoying the rapids. We plan on taking the full day rafting trip in the future.

The white river rafting was awesome! I really liked the redneck water slide. Make sure you wear shoes that strap to your feet WELL and if you live in a different time zone, please account for that hour! We were late for both the rafting and zipline. They were AMAZING and turned around the bus to come back & get us! A wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!

Great experience, ocoee outdoors guides took their time taking us down the river. We stopped at cool spots to swing or jump off rocks into safe small rapids while every other company flew past us with looks of extreme jealousy. If you're going down the Ocoee on a raft there is no other company to take the trip with. Great experience.

The stop at Jump Rock is really cool and a big reason why I like to raft with Ocoee Outdoors. Your raft guide will make a huge impact on your trip, they have good, experienced, and fun guides that did a lot more than just tell me when to paddle.

What a great time! I took my family to zipline and whitewater raft! We couldn't have asked for a better time! Jackson and Colby were our zipline guides and really showed us a great time. It's clear that they love their jobs and were hired for their enthusiasm! Rafting was a separate adventure, but just as great and exciting! The guides work together and interact like a family of the coolest camp counselors you could ever ask for. The Rapids were great, and this rating company had a special and unique surprise waiting for its guests and YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. The entire staff was friendly and engaged every customer with a smile and polite conversation. Something of a lost art in lots of places but NOT here, they do it right! Book only with Ocoee Outdoors, not the imitators.

We have been rafting with Ocoee Outdoors since 2010. We have gotten to know the river guides very well over the years and consider some to be family. Rafting with OO is always an adventure. You don’t just get in a boat and go downriver, it’s so much more. They take the time to point out different things on the river such as wildlife, unique plants, show you the flume and tell stories from previous trips. Plus they will show you a great time by surfing certain holes, getting to jump off at Jump Rock and letting you jump out and float down river when it’s safe. Rafting with OO is not just a trip it’s an adventure and I wouldn’t go with any other company.

My wife and I decided to stay at the cabin and took advantage of all the activities this place provided. The front office staff was friendly and was always engaging us in conversation during our stay. The cabin was great, it had everything we needed , no additional cost and the cost of the cabin was A great price. We also rented a boat and took a four hour trip down the river. Once again the staff was friendly and very professional. The next day we decided to go kyaking. Awesome guy that day very friendly and helped us out a lot. The last adventure was white water rafting. When we arrived we met our guide Kent. This guy was the most professional guide that I have ever met. Top notch, went above and beyond to explain things to us and provide us with a great ride. Over all this place was amazing. It was just what my wife and I needed. I quite place to relax. I would highly suggest this place to anyone I meet. Lastly, I want to personally thank everyone there for their professionalism and courtesy returBing next year and taking the 5 hour trip down the river. Being a US Marine I was highly impressed with the professionalism of the river guide. Next year we will defantly ask for Kent. Thanks again and Semper Fi ( always faithful) and God Bless.

We took the 1pm trip yesterday with Janet and Marlee. We had an amazing time!! We got to stop several times to swim, surf some of the rapids, and jump off rocks. I noticed some other rafting companies didn’t do this which makes Ocoee Outdoors a more fun and unique experience. We also got to do some 360 spins on one of the rapids which was awesome. Janet was a super fun and knowledgeable guide and Marlee did a great job as a trainee. We got stuck on a rock at one point but that’s part of the adventure! Would totally use this company again!!!

I was so overwhelmed with my experience I accidentally left my son's GoPro in the woman's bathroom. I went rafting on the Upper and Middle Ocoee River with four friends recently with Ocoee Outdoors. Payments and renting various pieces of equipment were hassle-free. Our guide, Casey, clearly knows the river extremely well. He guided us down the river deftly and made sure we had a great time, challenged us, but never put us in a position that he didn't think we could handle as a team. At the end of the trip we were tired and sore and cold, but not one of us wouldn't jump at the opportunity to do it all over again.

This was something my wife and I decide to do on whim. I basically chose the outfit based on the best reviews and now I know why we chose Ocoee Outdoors. This was the most fun we've had in a long time and our guide and all of the guides were very professional and made the trip a lot of fun. I would highly recommend them and can't wait to see them again! Thanks again! Wow..what a difference. First I have to say this. Although I don't view the operation Ocoee Outdoors completely negligent, but the guide we had today was absolutely incompetent and I wouldn't even let him drive the bus. The first trip we had was some of the most fun I've ever had. We didn't hit or get stuck on any rocks and we're expertly guided down the river. This trip we were literally stuck on top of multiple rocks, once so bad that the guide had to literally risk his own safety by getting out of the boat to get us unstuck. The worst part was when he took the wrong angle into the class 4 rapid named "Double Suck" and caused the entire boat to flip over literally sending everyone flying out on all directions and the boat to flip over upside down on another passenger causing her to get trapped underneath. No other boat or guide had ANY of the above problems. I will applaud every other guide and even some of the other outfitters for coming to everyone's rescue and getting everyone to safety, but not before the damage was done. EVERY passenger in the boat at this point decided against finishing the rest of their rafting adventure due to safety concerns. I am not by any means stupid, and I understand that there are certain risks involved with this activity, and I understand everyone has a bad day every once in a while, but when your day is consistently making mistake after mistake with other people's lives on the line is just utter incompetence. We had the best time of our lives with Meressa, I will never ever ride with Bill again.

Our trip down the river exceeded expectations! The staff at OO are very friendly, always smiling. Our guide, Josh, was excellent and very informative. He made sure to thoroughly explain the rapids ahead and how we needed to navigate them. My husband and I felt very safe with him as our guide! OO made the trip down the river exciting, resting at a few places to check out small waterfalls and slide down a "redneck waterslide." The other guides on the trip were nice, as well - Huey, Spencer, and Nick. Overall, the trip was great and would 10/10 recommend. We will be coming again when we visit this neck of the woods!!

We went Zip-lining. The course has several wizard of oz themed zip lines, and you get all of them for a very good price if you are in a party. My wife was terrified, but they took good care of her and I both. Mason was very friendly, Tyler had an excellent dry wit, and Colby drove the bus. All were excellent.

Really great white water rafting experience with knowledgeable and friendly guides. LaShawn was personable and did a great job with a group of first timers. We did the four hour excursion with levels 3 and 4 rapids. Would absolutely recommend.

Went on Ocoee raft trip today with another company. Watched two raft guides from Ocoee Outdoors get into fight, and one guide hit the other guide with a paddle in the head, twice. Detracted from overall experience for everyone on river. Called Ocoee Outdoors to tell them what we witnessed, and the negative view it left for everyone on the river in regards to their company. Lady that took my call, the "manager" seemed more interested in why I thought it was any concern of mine since I was on river with another company, as she asked me, "And you thought you needed to call here because?" I told her it was the talk of the river and she said, "Seems like someone could have changed the topic of conversation." As if we were in the wrong for discussing what we saw. Will definitely NEVER use Ocoee Outdoors based on conduct of their guides on the river, and the attitude of their staff when contacted.
