My goal was to go on an all-inclusive vacation with my two sons. After spending time trying to decipher all the possibilities and feeling insecure about which sites I should trust, I decided to engage the help of an expert. Since none of my friends had recommendations for a travel agent, I looked up reviews on the internet. April Dupree shined out like a beacon in the night. From the moment I called her and told her my goal, she started proving her value. She carefully listened to everything I told her and then the next day, all these awesome choices landed in front of me. A few more discussions and tweaks later, I was booked with my sons to Cancun. She followed up with me in the weeks and days leading up to my travel, and she assured me that I could call her with anything I needed. Everything about my experience with her was amazing. I will never travel without her help again! April is extraordinary at her job and especially caring in her way of making it special!

I used Main St. Travel Companies, Jennifer Woods, to plan my twins first trip to Disney World. We had a fantastic trip!! Jennifer did an outstanding job getting the reservations that I wanted and getting rides that we wanted worked out in the time slots that made sense. Also, she gave me inside tips on where to go to cool down and get out of the FL heat for a while. Definitely using Jennifer Woods again!!!

Lauren Gregory is an excellent travel agent on staff at Main Street Travel Co. A few years ago while on vacation in Disney World I received a call that my mother had fallen ill quite fast and was in ICU. Lauren happened to be on vacation at the same time in Disney and promptly got on the phone to secure a cancellation of our various meal reservations while I worked on our flight reservations. Because I couldn't make all the calls, she took care of the ones I couldn't and between the two of us we were able to leave a few days early without worrying about our cancellations. She also checked in on me by phone to make sure I and my family were okay. Love working with her!

Jana does a fantastic job of planning for our Disney trips. All we had to do was get to the right place around the right time. Very helpful prior to the trip too. Would recommend her highly if going to Disney!!!

Okay, the closer we get to our trip the more excited I get to check in with our awesome travel planner, which I just did a little while ago! So I gotta brag about my girl April Michelle Dupree! We have never used a travel planner for our vacations before, but we’ve been wanting to go to Disney for a few years and shortly before the holidays she started working as one! I’ve always heard that if you go to Disney, USE A TRAVEL PLANNER!!! So we did! Y’all she ROCKS!!! She made us a spreadsheet with a budget so we’d know far ahead of time how much money we needed to be saving over this year for our MAGICAL VACATION in January 2020! She and I spoke before Christmas and went ahead and put a deposit down for our resort stay and we’ll be planning even more trip details in the coming months and I CANNOT WAIT!!!!! Even when it comes to getting to know her clients, she is AMAZING! She was sure to ask me if we were the type of family to be just “run run run, go go go” or do we need a day, or moments throughout the days, to just relax for a bit...this stuff matters when planning out all of the activities that Disney has to offer and she knows that! Keep her in mind for any of your upcoming Spring Break and Summer vacations! She does more than just Disney too! Whether you need a quick weekend getaway in Gatlinburg or a big family vacation somewhere far away, April will help you with all of it, beginning to end, with a smile on her face!!

Jermaine Lobaugh did a great job helping us plan our trip to Disneyworld! He helped us find the best deals and worked out all the little details to make sure it all went smoothly. He gave us tips about the parks, restaurant, rides, and what fast passes to get. We had a wonderful vacation!!

The beaches were picture perfect and the food were delicious. First time using a travel agent. My mother and I wanted to take a trip together and my mother really wanted to have her friend/colleague, Kelly Delmotte at Main Street Travel, help us put the trip together. I was skeptical about using an agent but my mom was excited about it and trusted Kelly completely. Unfortunately nearly every part of our trip was frustrating and a bad experience. The resort booked for us was truly awful. I contacted Kelly to let her know we wanted to explore options for changing resorts, indicating we were willing to pay to do so and just wanted to know our options. Kelly was actually in the Dominican Republic (as were we) at the time and seemed really irritated by me asking for help. Other guests we spoke to at the resort had contacted their agents to find out about changing resorts as well and were given prompt, courteous, and helpful service. Initially Kelly just encouraged us to work it out with the resort. When I told her that we'd already spoken to concierge and resort staff and were disappointed in the response and just wanted to know our options for changing resorts, Kelly told us that someone from Vacation Express or Sunwing would contact us within the hour to discuss options. I never heard from anyone and told Kelly this. She didn't offer any other solutions. My mother texted her making a comment that suggested it was getting somewhat better. Kelly seemed to take that as an opportunity to not have to follow up at all or do what I had asked her multiple times over several hours, which was provide us with options for changing resorts. It was particularly frustrating that it seemed like she had no interest in helping find solutions to make us more comfortable because she was a friend of my mother's. It had been my understanding that the idea of having a travel agent was to assist with travel and our needs were definitely not met. This was supposed to be a special trip for my mother and I. Our whole experience was disappointing. I will never use Main Street Travel again and likely will never use a travel agent at all again.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 10yr anniversary by a quick weekend get away. April Dupree was amazing and did all the work for us so we could just show up to our hotel and enjoy our weekend. She was so patient with my husband as he asked more questions than necessary. April gave us many options to choose from and each was very detailed. She’s now working on our next adventure and I just know it will be amazing and no detail will be left out! We had the most wonderful Disney World trip planned by Jermaine Lobaugh! It was a well planned trip at the best deals allowing so much fun in the time we had there. I feel we saw so much of Disney’s beauty and attractions and experienced the feeling of being a child again yet enjoying seeing the happiness and excitement in the face of our kids and grandkids! Until I found Jana at Main Street Travel, I had never used an agent before. I thought they cost too much money - so I would just do it myself. I have been using Jana Allen Smith at Main Street Travel now for years. We have taken so many nice vacations due to her expertise and assistance. Our first time using a travel agent was with her on a spur of the moment deal and it was GREAT!. We have used her ever since, She is always willing to spend time helping us find that perfect destination that will fit our budget. a couple of years ago, we booked a cruise with Carnival through Main Street and it went badly. Our ships engine caught on fire while at port in St Thomas. We called Jana and she helped us through all of it. She kept us updated with all the latest & helped us with refunds and what we derserved. I couldn't have survived that mess without her on our side. I am the customer who calls and has no idea where I want to go, and she will suggest several options and work with me until I have chosen the perfect trip for me!!!!! Jana has never let us down!! She gets better and better with suggestions the better she gets to know us. LOL I cannot imagine ever booking a trip again without her help. We just returned from our latest trip over the 4th of July week, it was a last minute request and in true form, Jana stepped up and helped us make it happen. We had a little issue with the Vacation Express people, but of course I called Jana and she handled it for us. Problem was solved in no time. We just can't emphasize enough how much easier it is to have her in our corner during the planning and all the way until the day we get home. I could go on for hours about our vacations she has helped us with. Thanks again Main Street Travel and Jana Allen Smith for being our HERO in travel!!!

April Dupree made the entire Disney planning a breeze. She helped me map out our entire trip, catering to my husband and children’s needs. I felt like she was there with me. She made Disney not be so overwhelming. We had a fabulous time! These people are amazing at their jobs and make travel Planning so easy!

Main Street Travel's Lauren Gregory is our trusted trip planning partner when my family wants to head to our favorite place on earth — Walt Disney World! It's so awesome to have experienced Disney planners do the heavy lifting of planning the logistics of our trip. Lauren finds out what our priorities are for the trip and then goes to work putting together a great trip plan for us. All we have to do is pack our bags — she has done the rest of the work. I especially love the tips she gives us in our trip booklet she puts together for us before we head out for our adventure. I have used Jana Smith with Main Street Travel many times. We LOVE HER!! She's so sweet and helpful. Anytime we're on vacation and need help or need a quick change in plans she's right there to do it for us. She'll say, "Give me a second to get it done and I'll call you when you're good to go".
