Lisa has been the worst travel planner we have ever had to work with. To begin, she can’t communicate clearly or even spell words correctly, so almost all her interactions with us were incredibly hard to read and understand. Next, she kept emailing us the wrong dates and times for almost everything on the trip. You name it, she messed it up, from flights to shuttles to hotel info. It was unbelievably confusing and frustrating to have to keep clarifying and working through misinformation. Additionally, she has an excuse for everything and can’t take ownership of her mistakes. We never received an apology for one of her many errors. She was pushy, illiterate, lazy, and entitled. I would never recommend her to anyone and have no idea how she has received any positive reviews. This has been a horrible experience for all of us. There were so many problems and we would have been a thousand times better off putting the trip together ourselves. Do yourself the biggest favor and never bring your business to this irresponsible girl.

Lisa planned a exciting & beautiful tour. I was amazed at how organized everything went "like clock work"!!! We saw the highlights of Portugal & Spain, as well as the smaller personal parts of the quaint little villages and their people. The hotels, our guides, transportation & food was the best. It's easy to see Lisa puts her heart into making the tour something unforgettable for her clients. She's #1 in my book, can't wait to travel with her again. (Thank you Lisa for the TLC)
