Absolutely fabulous drive, Ricky Royale. We couldn't have asked for a more congenial and accumulating gentleman. We had some very minor mechanical problems that were quickly resolved. The bus was clean and maintained a fresh odor even with the length our voyage filled teen rowers.Thanks again

Kentucky to New York. Lost 3 times so far and had to turn around and drive back same direction came from. Rude driver. Extremely uncomfortable seats. And the best part, supposed to be in New York by 7:00 am and currently broke down on side of the road in Pennsylvania at 6:40 waiting for another bus to pick us up. Did I mention the driver knew for 3 hours the bus was tearing up but didn't call it in until we were broke completely down! Oh and even betterm the bus picking us up is just taking us to the nearest travel center. Still no plan on how to get us to NYC. Considering my one day in NYC with 13 of my family members is going to be cut short, I think a refund is in order! Terrible! Never again!

Sometimes adversity will allow you to find out what kind of company you are actually dealing with. Without going into details, I will say that Stewart bent over backwards to take care of us. We are going to continue to be a customer of Knoxville Tours simply because of the customer service he provided. Thank you.
