I called 3 weeks before I wanted to take a short cruise with my daughter. I realize this is considered short notice, so I was happy to take whatever they could find for me. I never received a return call. So I followed up with an email, and also never got a response. I would not recommend this company

Andy was amazing! Our trip was beautiful and every detail was perfectly planned. Sandals Ochi had everything we could have asked for from delicious food with lots of restaurant options to joyful service and awesome drinks.

I have never used a travel company only have used on line places and we had a great time on our trip to Punta Cana. Andy did a great job and was a great help in all of our travel needs. I would strongly recommend using them it was a very good experience and we are using them to book our next trip to Disney.

I will take my business elsewhere. I called on Friday 2/23 around 9am to get a price on airline tickets to Australia for mid May. I wanted to see if a better deal could be found than what is online. The gentleman said he would call me back with a quote. I waited until 430pm...I had not received a call. I called back and the voicemail said their hours of operation were until 530pm so I left a message. I have yet to get a call back. In my opinion if it takes this long for a price on 2 airline tickets it's a good thing I didn't ask about a package. I'll look to see if another company wants my business. Response to owners comment: You called on Monday afternoon more than 72 hours after my request. I did not answer your phone call because I had already contacted someone else who got me the information I needed. I did not expect a response right away but at the very least by the end of the day, I would have been happy with that.

It's the second time we are using Andy and his agency for booking a trip. Being in a large group, it was a bit of a challenge to find a resort that would accommodate all of us. Andy tirelessly listened to all of our requests and made sure they were accommodated. He's very nice person to work with, genuinely trying to please his clients.
