Beautiful, clean , modern and great spacious parking spots for semi tractor trailer units and a much better angle for getting in and out. Spots are longer to accommodate guys with double trailers and longer loads etc.. New building is beautiful and much larger than previous structure. With that being said, why the hell in such a nice big building does the men's bathroom only have 2 toilets? This being the main reason people stop at a rest area is to use the bathroom. Lol!

Very nice rest area. Outdoor picnic tables are individually covered and allow for great views of the scenic overlook. Newer, clean restrooms, including a family restroom. Vending machines for drinks and snacks, although a limited selection. Also a fabulous visitor center with a wealth of information on attractions across South Dakota. Great place to stop.

Clean and quiet parking area. Spacious spots for parking. Nice area to walk around in decent weather.

A good place to stop and take a break from your drive. Great view of the valley. When we stopped the facility was under construction so we couldn't get a bathroom break there. Should be a nice stop when completed
