Once it was go time she had us download a travel app that had our entire itinerary ready for all 12 days of our vacation. The travel app also allowed us to chat while my husband and I were overseas. She takes pride in what she does and it shows in the little things she does as part of planning your trip. I recently went on a vacation planned by other people using another travel service, and it was very disorganized. We lacked the transportation documents needed in a foreign country, the room wasn't booked correctly, and we had no one to call. I told my friends I won't do it again unless Jen is in charge of the planning, because she would never allow something like that to happen to her clients.
