The exhibit hair was exceptional very good piece of History tidbits that I never had her before. Not to say that our history has been taught well in the past. But it was very informative. Very clean place to stop and picnic. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

GREAT SCENIC OVERLOOK. Lewis & Clark exhibit is pretty sweet as well if you're passing thru it's worth a stop.

My family loves museums and historic sites. This is not a large facility, but it is a great, quick stop to learn about the Lewis & Clark trail. The overlook of the Missouri River is beautiful! One of the best rest areas I've ever been to.

A must stop if your on I90, it's the rest area outside Chamberlain South Dakota. The information Center has displays on the Lewis and Clark expedition that passed through here in both 1804 and 1806. Then the statue "Dignity", the stainless steel, 50-foot-tall statue was specifically designed by sculptor Dale Lamphere to honor the cultures of the Lakota and Dakota people. Loved it!
