Our guide, Dennis, provided interesting historical narrative and amusing anecdotes about the people and places we were learning about on the first half of our Savanna Land and Sea tour. The Captain did likewise on the “Sea” tour around the Savannah River. We were well-oriented then for moving around the historical district of Savannah with greater appreciation for the Garden City.

I'm giving them five stars prematurely and I say that because I need a bus wash and I was told to come back and I don't know exactly what kind of job they're going to do for me you keep in mind company I work for is based in Phoenix and I'm hoping that I get some kind of professional courtesy even though they took a picture of my company card so that I can be charged for the work being done

I went with Kelly tours to Savannah, Georgia for a school trip. Savannah was great, however they did not give us enough free time, and didn't tell us what to bring with us on the trip. This could have been excusable, until on our drive home to Atlanta, which should have been five hours, was increased by over two hours due to a bus malfunction. We then pulled over in a bus stop, to wait for a replacement bus. After an hour of waiting, we saw the bus. It was going the wrong way. A trip that was supposed to have us home by 7 ended at 12.

Being moronic never felt so good! Johnny & Danny Moron were hilarious, and you could tell they LOVED giving our tour! It was a nice blend of real Savannah facts mixed with some “sure, that TOTALLY happened” moments. If you feel like you want to learn a bit but mostly have an awesome time, I HIGHLY recommend Savannah for Morons!

I would like to thank the three Kelly tour drivers who enjoy driving in convoy on the left hand lane on a congested two lane i95... the one star is accompanying a one fingered salute! I do not recommend Kelly Tours of Charleston.

Took a trip with my daughters middle school to NYC then Pennsylvania. Our tour guide, Dwight was phenomenal! He made it fun for the kids and had us laughing the entire time. He was very patient and kind. Our driver James was amazing! He was on time every time, got us to our destination quickly and safely. The kids loved him as well as the adults! Already looking forward to our next trip!

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever used , paid for 3 days of shuttle service to and from downtown Savannah GA , was given the schedule of pickup times and location . The first day went well , the next two days were a diaster , the return rides were suppose to be every hour on the hour, waited Saturday for 2 hours in the pouring rain and despite being 1st in line had to fight our way on to the bus. And if this wasn't enough on Sunday with hardly any traffic had to wait for 2 hrs and finally had to call Uber to get out of town. There was no customer service and absolutely no supervisor available for assistance ! How this company can stay in business in what should be all about customer service is amazing to me.

We were enjoying a meal outside at a restaurant and a bus passed by and the tour guide banged loudly on their door as they passed us, yelling at the people sitting outside. Incredibly obnoxious and unprofessional.
