Other Holiday bus tours have been fine, but TODAY was another story. This driver was absolutely degrading to our group leader and myself, as well as rude in every interaction. He switched buses on us and claimed the stuff we left on our first bus we wouldn't be able to be claimed. He continued to be degrading and rude to everyone who was concerned, but finally brought us out of the way to claim our things. In my opinion, this driver should be dismissed for sheer lack of customer service and for lying to us throughout this situation. This complaint will definitely be brought to his supervisor and up from there. I will not tolerate disrespect.

traveling with my elderly Mother and had booked handicapped rooms for the trip due to my Mother’s physical ailments. First day of traveling since 6am. Was booked in a room with only ONE bed. Currently I’m am attempting and failing to fall asleep on a pull out sofa bed with a mattress at best one inch thick and metal pressing into my pressure points! Glad I paid all this money for such posh accommodations! Hope the Holiday staff gets a great nights sleep. Too bad I won’t be joining you! Needless to say, will be my last trip with these folks.

Our church rented a bus to go to our main church campus for Easter. We couldn't have asked for a better experience -- from booking the bus, working on our itinerary, the drive to/from TN, etc. Holiday exceeded our expectations. Wayne, our driver was the best! We will definitely use Holiday for any future travel needs!

We went to Myrtle Beach SC to the Alabama Theater to see the Coaster's, Platter's and Drifter's on February 9th 2019. We had a magnificent trip the bus driver was Mr. Mitch Haywood he is an excellent driver. We felt in good hands with him at the wheel. He made the trip that much more fantastic and very helpful with escorting us on and off the bus. We didn't have to walk long distances he put us off right at the entrance which is great for seniors. Whenever I travel I hope he's our driver. The show was fantastic.

My daughter and I traveled to Greenville, SC to witness the totality of our solar eclipse. It was a wonderful trip. Our tour director, Mary, was keeping us laughing with some jokes. Our trip back to Level Cross was BAD through no fault of Holiday Tours. Traffic was stop-and-go for HOURS! Our driver handled the drive professionally. We will definitely be taking a tour with Holiday again.

This is my 5th experience with Holiday Tours. All of the drivers are friendly, professional and will tell you how much they love their job! That is impressive! Want to give a shout out to two drivers that went above and beyond- Howard Klein and Ray White! Mr. White drove for our recent school trip and was so friendly, pleasant and accommodating. He represents Holiday Tours very well and you are very lucky to have such wonderful employees on staff!

This was probably the most satisfying motor coach trip I've ever been on. Holiday Tours added sorely needed drinkholders to seat backs. Bus was clean, seats comfy. Our driver. Terry, was the best! He went out of his way to make our trip memorable and was very thoughtful toward those with special needs. I will definitely recommend Holiday Tours to my friends.

We recently traveled with Holiday (May 17th) to Wilmington, NC and I must say this was the absolute best experience! This was the second time my school traveled with Holiday and both experiences were good; however this time was beyond exceptional. All 3 buses arrived on time and kept us on schedule, which was not an easy task with over 100 fifth grade students and 14 adults. I was greeted immediately by Shavonne Turner, who was our driver for the day and I have to say SHE IS THE BEST! She made sure every passenger knew the safety features of the bus and greeted us with a smile. The level of professionalism exhibited by her as well as Gary Reid made our travel experience that much better. I had no doubt that we were in good hands which was evident in both Shavonne and Gary's driving ability. If these two as well as the other two drivers are an example of the type of drivers Holiday employees, you will forever have a customer! Thank you so much Shavonne, Gary and Holiday for keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront!

Just returned from a Carnival Cruise with Holiday Tours. Had a great time and will definitely do another cruise in the future. The tour director and bus driver were very accommodating and kept us entertained. I made so many new friends on the bus and the entire trip was a memorable experience. We utilized Holiday Tours for transportation for our son's wedding. They were fantastic to work with. Made excellent recommendations to manage costs. The buses were clean and very nice. The drivers were very courteous and accommodating. Everything went according to plan. We just took a tour earlier this month. Driver and tour guide were fun and interesting. The driver added bits of information on to what to look forward to on our trip and bout the parades. The tour guide educated us newbies on Mardi Gras. The tour of the French section of New Orleans was done with taste and education. Wouldn't mind going again The hotel was wonderful as well as the food there.

Usually Holiday Tours provides an acceptable experience, but today our bus driver dropped us off at our destination and SWITCHED BUSES without telling us not to leave our belongings on board. When we got back on the bus over 25 peoples belongings were gone, and he said we "might not get anything back." After some stern negotiations we convinced him to take us back to our original bus: it should be noted he was NOT willing to do this at first and tensions had to get quite high before he finally agreed. Very unprofessional communication, conflict mediation, and customer service over all from our bus driver.

We have been on a couple of Baseball related tours with Holiday and love every minute of it. Buses are comfortable, our hostess have been wonderful and time seems to fly by. The coach bus looked brand new. Spotless. Comfortable. Wide seats. Foot rest. Clean restroom. TV monitors to watch movies. Intercom system. Smooth ride. Fun funny pleasant driver. He pointed out and explained tourist spots along the ride. Rest stops every 2+ hours. We had an enjoyable fun ride to New York. A 5 day round trip ride! I highly recommend HOLIDAY TOURS! I will do it again!!!

Took advantage of the red eye trip to NYC. Administrative staff polite and responsive to pre-trip questions. Packet distributed on bus upon arrival in NYC should be provided upon payment. This is too late in the process for this information and map text is too small to read. Lots of driver transfers during trip. All drivers proficient. Buses are dated, lack cup holders, window shades and have a poor ride with zero leg room even for a short person. We were delayed 30 mins leaving and had to change buses to have working electrical ports and WIFI.

Wow! This company was by far the best to work with and took great care of their customers. We took a red eye to NYC with a bus load of dancers and parents On the way back we came into a horrible snow storm. The driver Scott was a retired fire truck driver. His experience and training brought us home when we seen numerous tractor trailers that had slid off the road. Scott was out champion and kept all the passengers calm when you couldn't even see the road.. If it wasn't for him we would probably been a news story stuck or crashed on the interstate . Thank you Scott and Holiday tours for getting us safely home . On another note the company was easy to work with and all the drivers were personable I will definitely choose this company for all our bus needs. We have used others, but this company's service and friendliness of their employees make it the best!

Now that we have completed our trip with Holiday Travel, I wanted to take a minute and say thank you for being our travel partner on this trip. The bus and driver for our trip, Tim T., both exceeded our expectations. Tim .was very cordial, extremely pleasant and easy to work with, considering our crazy but not terrible itinerary, and he was always ready with a smile, and courteous service. He felt just like a member of our team, and he seemed to enjoy the weekend driving for us. He got us where we needed to be on time, on our schedule, and no issues at all. Good Morning. This week on the 27th and 28th of April, i accompanied My Son on a field trip to Williamsburg Va.and the surrounding areas. We were driven there by Holiday Tours. Let Me first start by saying,that I've driven for over 44 years over Our nations roads,safely,and responsibility.with the thought that If I was'nt driving, i did'nt feel safe ,or in control. I had the opportunity to greet,and speak to the operator of bus 220 on several opportunities over the course of the trip,to see how He was holding up.Traffic was heavy from the start ,to the finish of Our journey,and I do mean heavy. At one point we were discussing the how different it was in present day,that traveling was'nt quite like it used be,that You could just drive comfortable,but that was'nt the case here. It took 100 percent of his concentration to deliver his cargo from point A,and back. As we talked at the bus at Williamsburg about Holiday Tours,about the ups and downs,His work load,the time He spent,away from his on family, He remarked that His only concern was the safety of the 30 plus fifth graders that was behind him on his bus.My hat is off to this driver,and Thank You Holiday Tours,for having drivers of his caliber to transport Our finest cargo.and I wish safe journey's, for this professional driver,were ever he goes. Thank You.

Our 4 day bus trip was an interdenominational, interracial trip to discuss race and faith and building bridges in our community in NC. "BC" was our driver and was so kind and concerned for our comfort and safety. He knew the ins and outs of maneuvering the streets of Washington D.C., getting us from point A to B in a timely fashion. His driving was impeccable and he gets an A+ in my book.
