My company has been using this travel agency. And I just used them for personal travel for my family. They’re very helpful, patient with all your request and she found me a very good deal on travel arrangement that was made for my family! Christina is our main contact. But Jane took over when Christina was unavailable. Thank you guys.

We have a great trip but it was NOT due to travel agent. When booking trip it was asked of agent that we spend 1 night in a castle hotel, when we received our list of hotels there was NO castle hotel on it. I also gave agent my TSA pre information so that we would get through TSA quicker, the agent said i will provide but they dont always take it. That is the most ridiculous i ever heard,agent had NO clue. When i reviewed our flight information on airlines website, i found that NO information was input about us and i had to do it all. Once i arrive in Ireland the agent didnt provide free passes to the Guinness brewery ($25 per person), nor the free pass to ride the bus in dublin ($20 per person). The tour director for the tour company said that this stuff is sent to the agent to provide to us, we had to spend $100 that should have been taken care of by agent. I will NEVER use this travel agency again and if you want a no issue(s) vacation, PLEASE use another travel agent

Despite the bad reviews. I decided to give them a try.... My family and I were planning a trip to the Bahamas and I needed some assistance since I was traveling with an elderly person. I called on a Monday , gave the dates and location, was told I would have a quote and pkg put together by Wednesday at the latest. Its now going on two weeks and still nothing from this company. Really bad customer service. I would recommend using ANY one else!!!!!

Someone called me from this number, if it was by mistake. I asked to be placed on their do not call list and even the site so call management was rude, nasty and unprofessional. She did not apologize, and she hung up in my face. If I was going to rate them it will be a zero for customer service for the human race!

Had a Great experience with Brian McPhillips at Forest Lake Travel. Brian sent us on a great vacation to Jamaica. Everything went so smoothly from the flights to ground transportation to the beautiful resort and then back home again. And it was all for a reasonable price. We will use Brian for all of our future vacation needs and would be happy to recommend him to our friends and business associates.
