DO NOT BOOK A CARNIVAL CRUISE. Our ship had engine issues that we were made aware of less than a week before the cruise. Our itinerary was changed from Grand Caymans to Costa Maya, where we were not able to get off the ship because the port was closed. Sewage pipes burst on day 4, and the whole ship smelled of feces. We were left without water in our room and had to brush our teeth with bottled water. When the water finally came back on, it was murky yellow. Thus, we were still unable to use the water for the remainder of the cruise. I called to notify customer service of this and was treated so unbelievably terribly. They did not return my calls, I was not able to talk to someone in upper management, and my concerns were not recorded. I have never been treated so badly by customer service. I will NEVER step foot on a Carnival cruise again.

Food was great. Bahamas was a great experience and the ship had so many things to fo and participate in. I really enjoyed comedy night and Karaoke.

I am an avid traveler and I especially love cruises. I have been on three carnival cruises and not one time did I have a bad experience. The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and supportive. They ensure you that your cruise will be most definitely worth it. The food that Carnival has to offer is also extremely good. I believe that Carnivalcannot be compared to any other cruise lines because it is so prestigious. Whenever I take a cruise I will always go with carnival as they have plenty of excursions and activities to offer. Carnival cruises go to many places such as Caribbean countries. It is always a pleasure to Cruise with carnival because the experience is always desirable. .

Cruises many times with Carnival. My last cruise Sept 2017 was the best! Wait staff and room stewards were awesome. A must is the Chefs Table experience. Going in Sept you always run risk of a hurricane. We rode out the edges of Maria for a day and a half. It was pretty rocky but we came prepared with sea-sick patches. No concerns about going again. Planning another trip in near future!

This was a nice family vacation. We had a small mishap with one of our toddlers diving into one of the hot tubes on deck. Also, the weather was a little hot. Over all this is a good vacation for families with young children. Also not bad for couples. My husband and I took the same cruise liner a year or so later for our anniversary in October. The weather was much cooler and we had a nice time.

Carnival does not care about customers, they were willing to lose 15 customers , the party size of our family on the cruise for a courtesy refund of $120, will never ever sail with them , only with Royal Caribbean
