We booked a trip with sun travel and it was a horrible trip. A nightmare. Our plane was to leave Saturday 7 13 a plane broke down leaving over 100 passengers on our flight alone. Sun travel did not help up getting our flights fixed. We paid for direct flights and now we may fly home on standby? We were told they would contact SATA's president but nothing. No calls back from SATA or Sun travel. They did not confirm our new flights. If we did not come to the airport ourselves we wouldn't be on standby. They did Nothing but take our money. Visit the Azores but go by ship. Not through Sun or SATA. My party has medical issues and only brought so much medication. I'm in danger of losing my job. Again this is a nightmare.
