Shawn had his work cut out for him...but boy did he rock it!!! When going on a cruise and due to crazy mother nature where you should have missed the ship, panick in the gallery and everyone on their phone...when you book with Shawn guess what?!! We sat back and relaxed while he took care of EVERYTHING for us!! Glad to say we had an amazing outcome and a wonderful trip but the stress that departure day went from crazy maniac lady to cool and calm. Shawn answered the second we landed at a different airport and was booking our flights to reach our cruise. Lastly his follow through after the trip was spot on. After emergency visit due to a bug bite, Shawn still asked questions of concern. First time using a travel agent and Shawn exceeded our expectations!! Thank you for an amazing experience and amazing vacation!!!
