We participated in a one and a half hour bus tour of Providence Rhode Island. We were allowed to take pictures along the way. Upon visiting the city, we knew very little about the city. But thanks to the tour guide, we gained a lot of pertinent information. We felt at ease asking questions and answers were given in a professional manner. We were glad to have taken the tour. Excellent tour of Providence RI. We do city tours nearly everywhere we go - this was one of the best. John was very knowledgeable, friendly, and entertaining. We went on Oct 04, 2018 which is getting into the off season, and the original day and time scheduled had to be cancelled. However the company did a great job of contacting us and giving us a time the next day which worked. There was plenty of parking at the convention center - only $15 for the whole day.

Comfortable bus. Driver/Tour guide was a wealth of little known RI history facts. Visited 3 mansions plus had time for lunch and a litte shopping. Great day! Can't wait to sign up for another tour!

Hired for our wedding as shuttles, they were on time and with the exception of one driver who called the groom day of confused of what to do which added a little stress to the day, everything worked out perfectly. When hiring them we did change plans a few times as we knew how many guests we had at each hotel and they were very amenable to change. We had one shuttle for the wedding party and he was fantastic as well taking us around for pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Great bunch, they love to talk, never a dull moment, clean vehicle, air conditioning was cranking, prices were reasonable, very good way to see historical Providence....;-) Go Providence, WARM my service puppy approves of this review as they are hip on service puppy rights... Enjoy.

Very informative!! Courteous tour guide. We live half an hour away and still learned a lot, especially about the influence of Providence's founder Roger Williams on freedom of religion, abolition of slavery, and respect for the native lands that influenced Providence and really the nation. Great tour!

Experience RI coordinated a fun filled day of touring local wineries in the Western and Southern part of RI for my friends and myself. We used Experience RI to provide shuttles to our wedding in Providence. They did an amazing job! The planning process was super easy. They were always very responsive and patient when I had questions. On the day of, everything ran smoothly and all our guests made it to and from the venue safely. Our guests said the shuttles were very clean and presentable. It was such a relief to know our guests were being taken care of and no one would have to drink and drive. This was a MUST for our wedding. We would definitely use them again!

Best tour company I have ever experienced! The two owners Jon & Ted are extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and fun!! The Providence tour with Jon is packed with history and wonderful stops along the way. A great comprehensive view of the city and great orientation to get around with awesome reccomondations for breakfast lunch and dinner! I also took the fabulous day trip with Ted to Newport. I lwas amazed to learn so much about the state of Rhode Island and its historic part in the founding of our country! The scenery on this trip was unbelievable and we had an hour and a half of free time with the options of a harbor cruise, tour a mansion, shop, dine, do the cliff walk or go to the beach! I was floored to be offered free time like this! Everyone got to do their own thing and get picked back up! IT WAS AN AMAZING TOUR! Thank you ever so much! This is not you average tour company these guys care! The guy at the ticket booth helped us with things to do locally, free appetizer cards, and a map to get around! What a great team! Thank you for the education and making our stay most memorable!

We did two tours with Experience RI during our recent stay. Our first tour was the Providence city tour, which was a wonderful way to see the city and highlights. We were able to decide where we needed to spend more time and explore. We also did the Newport day tour and loved it! We drove through some adorable towns and Newport with history and facts being given to us throughout the drive. We really enjoyed the Newport tour due to the fact that we had about 3 hours to do whatever we wished in the city. The guides were awesome and accommodating! The small buses were clean and comfortable. The company also gave us information on the ferry to visit Newport again and several excellent restaurant recommendations. I definitely recommend taking at least 1 tour with this company during your stay in RI! We cannot wait to return to RI!!
