About 3 years ago, VIP helped us plan our destination wedding in Antigua, they did an amazing job, I didn't have to worry about anything, they took care of all the details, of setting up the room, the flights, and booking our wedding at the resort. Where do I begin...I am a self described anxiety freak when it comes to planning any sort of travel. My boyfriend needs to arrive to an airport 3 hours before take off. I am sort of a go with the flow. Book a destination and plan as you go when you get there. He's a let's map our route. Let's plan what to see, when to see. I wanted to plan a trip abroad for my boyfriend's birthday, but I had no idea where to even start. A work colleague mentioned that I should reach out to Kellen from VIP Vacations, Inc. Boy did Kellen have her hands full. The idea of the trip transitioned and changed from a beach vacation to cold temperatures. There was a range and Kellen was patient with my 50 emails before landing on Budapest + Prague. Kellen took care of us on this trip. We definitely did a lot of sight seeing, but she made sure this anxious planner + the early airport patron rest at ease. She handled all the travel arrangements, hotels, rides to/from airports/train. ALL THE THINGS. THere's just so much to say...ask me and I'll tell ya, I will use VIP Vacations again! Oh before I go...I went on this trip with a boyfriend. Came back with a fiancé.

We Love Team VIP! We met them back in 2008 and have utilized their services ever since. Always having the most confidence in their name and services they provide. During this last hurricane season our trip had to be postponed because of damage to the resort. My fiance and I used VIP Vacations last year to plan our trip to Universal Studios Florida, and they were amazing! The Universal website made everything so complicated and we weren't sure we were getting the best deal possible. When we contacted Jen at VIP, she was able to give me prices for different dates so that we could find the most affordable time to travel! On top of that, she was SO knowledgeable and was able to give me some great tips on what to do once we were there! Once we arrived in Florida, she checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. The resort. Valentin Imperial was beautiful, well maintained, awesome people, safe, great great food and drink. I am not sure if there is better spot to go to. I could be wrong since I’ve only been to Mexico one time but this place was amazing, 100% satisfied. Many people we talked to down there said they were at many places before from most expensive to cheaper and this was their favorite spot. I wanted to plan a trip as a graduation gift and working with VIP was fantastic. Through their recommendations I ended up at Unico 20 87 in Riviera Maya which was stunning and the staff was great. They even found me a better price than I could find on any online website. Every and any question I had was answered quickly and directly. Unfortunately, my experience with this company and the resort they sent us to was nothing but problematic and in the end a huge let-down. The Azul Jamaica resort was definitely the worst all-inclusive resort I have ever stayed at. There was a group of us there for a wedding and most everyone agreed the facilities were in need of much improvement (mold and dry rot everywhere) and overall it was a very disappointing experience. We had an issue with the hotel not setting up our "included" transportation back to the MBJ airport, so we reached out to VIP to help us but never heard a reply back. Once I returned home, I followed up with VIP again to bring up all the concerns I had with Azul Jamaica resort. VIP helped file a claim with the resort to "investigate" the issues we had and of course they concluded that they are a 5 star resort with great service and no real explanation for the mold in our room, cooking class they cancelled and did not give credit for, missing complimentary champagne in our room, most of the restaurants were never open, two people including myself got food poisoning, I could go on and on. Most importantly, the staff at the resort was just flat out rude. The check in at this hotel took 2.5 hours where we had to sit outside in the heat in our traveling clothes just waiting and waiting for a room in a resort that was nowhere near full! After multiple people in our group complained, we all agreed VIP did not stand behind their recommendations or sincerely care that we all felt we had wasted our money on this vacation. I'm sorry I could not recommend working with them to anyone. ** I would like to add that according to their response below they have tried to contact me and I did not reply. This is a lie. I have an email chain with Robert and Ryan from VIP dated June 28, 2019 that neither responded to. I have emailed multiple people from the company discussing these issues and they did not act. I am only giving a fair review from my experience with this company so others are aware of the disappointing experience and customer service.

So So in love with the services of VIP Vacations! Jennifer and her team are always accessible and get back to you in a timely manner; which is key especially when you are out of the country. Another great quality they have is knowing the properties you will be visiting. For most locations they are able to walk you through where hot spots are and those things that are not in the pamphlets. The best bet would be to have VIP Vacations in your corner while you are traveling.

We initially chose to go with VIP because they offer a "honeymoon registry" and since my now husband and I already lived together, the whole idea of a bridal shower with pots and pans and host-wear that we would never use because 1. we'd just never use it or 2. we already had it because we were already living together for a couple years. So we decided to do the honeymoon registry and a small bed bath and beyond registry. We worked with Emily B. who helped plan our whole trip. When our travel documents were mailed to us we noticed that on our flight home our seats were not next to each other, we contacted Emily and she made sure that this error was fixed asap! VIP purchased upgraded seats for our flight home due to the error! The whole experience was seamless and we couldn't ask for a better travel agent. We will definitely be using VIP Vacations for our next vacation!

I discovered VIP Vacations via Google 4 years ago when looking for a highly rated company experienced in handling destination weddings. I was originally recommended to another competitor, a popular and very established one. I was hesitant, afraid that the vastness of the company would make me feel loss in the shuffle and not have a good experience. And within 2 weeks of slow responses and terrible treatment, I went searching and landed on VIP Vacations. I was grateful for their patience and expertise. It was a full team effort who helped me with every need of the destination wedding from having a free wedding website, save the date cards, booking flight and hotel reservations and much more! They also do a lot of behind the scenes work to ensure that all my guests have a smooth experience. They work really hard to please their customers and they do it with such class and courtesy. In any customer service business, it can sometimes feel even after you have bent over backwards but the customer will still find something to nitpick. The woman who was our primary POC at VIP, Emily, had even gotten married at the same resort a couple years prior. I decided to plan a last minute trip to Disney (< 2 months) for myself and son and having never been decided to use a travel agency since there was quite a bit more planning than just booking a flight and hotel. Within 1 hour, Ryan D. had quotes (including room on actual resort, flight, Fast Pass, etc). Now, I was beyond impressed. For something such as Disney, I think a travel agency is a must (and one that deals with it on a regular basis). I will absolutely use them for my next Disney trip (once I figure out next year vacation schedule). We found VIP Vacations through a bridal expo, and decided to use them to book our honeymoon! We were connected with Liz, who is an absolutely amazing travel agent. She went far above and beyond the normal duties of a travel agent. Our honeymoon was the first time my husband & I had traveled out of the country, and we were both nervous about traveling internationally. Liz was in constant communication with us from day 1, keeping on top of deadlines, sending us reminders (which were SO helpful, especially since we often lost sight of certain deadlines in the chaos of wedding planning), in addition to being phone/appointment available whenever we needed questions answered. My husband and I are overly thorough, so Liz was patient with our millions of questions, and constant emails. She communicated thoroughly with us and at our request, scheduled our flights as well as booked our excursions and our travel insurance! This resulted in a smooth, hassle-free honeymoon. Where do I start, it was so nice to have VIP to handle all the booking of everything since I usually coordinate all of travel arrangements on my own. Huge shout out to Jennifer and Kellen and I want to THANK YOU VERY MUCH for all their hard work, patience, and help! Jennifer did not steer me wrong with our resort, El Dorado Maroma in Riviera Maya. We loved the resort! This is the first time we've done an all inclusive and now I understand why people love it so much. It's a whole week of a worry free vacation! Everything about the resort was beautiful, the room, the pool, the beach, the views! We arrived early on our first day, about 11:45am and they were able to check us in early, which was so nice that we didn't have to wait for a room to be ready. The room was perfect and we used all it had to offer, the jacuzzi and private pool on the balcony! Everyone that worked at the resort was so friendly and pleasant! They just couldn't do enough for you, setting us up on the beach with towels, chairs, and a cabana, making sure that we participated in activities, such as volleyball and kayaking. We had an amazing spa experience as part of our honeymoon package, which was exactly what we needed after the wedding! The food was also very good and once we found the restaurants we really enjoyed we stuck with them! We also met so many other nice couples that we spent some time with as well. Overall, this was a really great experience and would highly recommend working with VIP!

Also, our flight home got cancelled the day of around 1am Hawaii time and I had to use their 24 hour service line to try and get us a new flight and they were SO helpful and did everything for us. Alison Murphy planned a fabulous Hawaiian vacation for my family in 2017 and we just returned from another fabulous vacation to Greece(6/20/2019) prepared by Alison Murphy! We visited Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete. Alison provided several recommendations on hotels and excursions and packaged everything in a neat and easy itinerary. All hotels were very nice and we were impressed with the transfer services Alison arranged from airport, hotels and ports as well as obtaining all our high speed ferry tickets between the Greek Islands. My family will use VIP Vacations again, especially Alison!

My husband and I just got home from our Mexico destination wedding Sunday night and we could not be more thrilled with how everything turned out. VIP Vacations Inc gave us the best group rates, and made the traveling aspect of our wedding so easy for all our guests. Planning a destination wedding in itself is stressful but having Liz and Robert handling everything and answering my millions of questions each week really put me at ease. Not only did they provide me with information on what to expect but they gave me their own advice to struggles I was dealing with regarding the resort wedding coordinators. I could not have asked for a better group of people to handle my destination wedding and I look forward to working with them again in the near future!

Kellen did a wonderful job planning my future brother-in-laws bachelor party to Cancun, Mexico. We stayed at Breathless Resort and Spa that was all inclusive. The atmosphere was wonderful with patrons of all ages. We really enjoyed the pools and waterfront beach areas. The dining areas were good, I recommend the Hibachi place (only restaurant that needs a reservation), and the Italian restaurant was OK. The only negative thing I would say is beware when you check out of the hotel,. If you do not have a check-out ticket, they won't allow you to leave. I waited for 30 minutes for a shuttle and when my ride arrived, they asked if I had my ticket, and I couldn't believe sitting at the resort for 30 minutes and no bell men approached me ahead of time. Luckily, I made my flight on time but boy they were rude. Again, this DOES NOT reflect any negative review on VIP Vacations. The flight information, all proper paperwork was received, all shuttle arrangements planned, and checking into the hotel was good. Thank you again VIP Vacations and Kellen!

My husband and I have been using VIP Vacations for the past 3+ years. It all started when I discovered them at a Bridal Show and then again at our food tasting at my venue.
