You need to consolidate your pick up points.(7 is too many). On the one trip I took with Thomas Tours we spent as much time picking up passengers than it took to drive to the destination. would not be very much of a problem for some to drive a short distance to another pickup point. This would greatly improve the travel time. This is also the same feeling that I have discussed with several others. Regards
