This was my first time visiting this place. I was invited to come in for a presentation regarding being selected to receive a free 3 day and 2 nights trip to either Las Vegas and Orlando Florida that includes a round trip airline ticket and hotel. Also as a bonus gift they included an Amazon Fire 7 inch tablet with my gift. They make you arrive 10 minutes early to the presentation and if you can't make it 10 minutes early they would ask to reassign you to a different time (which happened to me and my girlfriend because we were stuck in traffic and wouldn't make it there on time) and so we ended up being rescheduled to a 3pm appointment and the lady was nice enough to do that for us instead of telling us to just come back next week or later on. We drove there 45 minutes and it is located inside a big building on the first floor. Thankfully the presentation went by smoothly and fast because of Anthony. But that wasn't all for the day. You had to go through a sales representative that tries to convince you to buy the travel packages and if you still kindly say no. They just being their manager into it and have them explain the whole vacation package again to you, convince you, and if they get the hint they would just leave you be. After you kindly say no again. Then they just tell you to wait for someone to give you your gift that you were selected for and that was about a 10 minute wait. This grandma again explains to us about the vacation package again and whatever else but she just completely guilt trips me by saying, "okay well go enjoy spending 800 dollars on hotel for your travels then." It was just really rude. I'm sorry, grandma that I am not interested in purchasing any of the packages due to my financial circumstances but jeez that was unnecessary. Plus me and my girlfriend are still young. We kindly told the staff that we are still young and that we aren't in the position to purchase these kinds of stuff yet as it is better in the future when we have kids. But they just don't get it. I understand they have to do their job. But you don't have to be rude to us about it and treat us badly. If we are selected again to these kinds of things I don't think I'll ever answer the phone calls or attend these presentations. We missed a whole sunny nice Saturday because of this. I don't think it's worth it unless you really want to do this and pay the taxes and reservation fees which is about $50-80 per person. And also have the patience and time to go through the presentations.

Mark Hunt

Love it.

We have not taken our Vacation yet, However our overall experience at the Sundance Vacation Office was excellent! The Staff was very courteous and welcoming. And even though we could not afford any of their wonderful Offers, they still treated us like Royalty, and still gave us our free Trip for 4 days and 3 nights at Orlando Florida, And a package deal for 4 people, and access passes for 1 day at an Amusement Park of our choice. Thank You very much! The Ramirez Family.

niladri sadhukhan

Not a scam. Did try to sell their plans but I was not interested. But they gave away the gift as they promised. They were very politely as well.

Crystal Farr

I've been to multiple vacation/timeshare presentations and I have to say that this was BY FAR the most pleasant. I can't speak to their product since I did not purchase it. What I can comment on is the sales pitch. The presentation was around 45 minutes and went by pretty quickly. After the presentation you're escorted to a table to discuss the details with a sales rep. Our rep was very friendly and not pushy. We did not think the packages were a good value and told them so. Our rep got a higher level sales rep to bring the price down and add some bonuses on and once again we declined. They switched reps a few times but each time they were friendly, informative, and professional. We got a pretty decent vacation voucher for spending about an hour and a half listening to their pitch. I recommend giving them a shot at gaining your business. Their package wasn't right for us but it may be worth it to you and if not, you still get their incentive gift!

Lottie Palmer

It was very informative.

Won a "free vacation" It is more trouble than it's worth. First of all, it is not free. The phone is difficult to get through. You have to wait until 45 days before your first selected dates, only to realize that none of the dates are available and you are back to square one. And when you wanna get return of your money, you also have to physically mail things in. They don't make it easy for you. If this was suppose to be a taster of whatever wholesale vacation they are offering, it has been a diarrhea. And I can kinda tell who in here are writing paid reviews. They are just repeating bullet points.

Candy Bednar

They don't call Molokai, Hawaii the "Friendly Island" for no reason! "Aloha" is not just a word, but it is the local way of life. Many people usually only think to visit the super touristy islands of Hawaii such as Maui or Honolulu, but. Molokai is definitely a place like no other! No building is taller than a palm tree and there is so little traffic that there's not one single traffic light! I have been employed with the company several years, however if I had not worked here, I may have never had the idea to finally experience this fabulous place.

Wouldn't use them ever. Won the free vacation, just like everyone else. Sounded amazing, but of course, when I went to book, nothing was available. They offered me to pay $600 dollars if I wanted to because the only thing available was upgraded packages. I guess that I should have seen this coming, but I was optimistic. Anyway, the only thing that I could imagine is that if we had actually paid for this service, we would have been miserable. Quite a run around to even talk to someone

It’s a scam. Sundance employees are very nice and try to sell you whole sale vacations, which are probably legit their “everyone wins a vacation” is a total scam. I went to their hour presentation declined their package and left with my free vacation, which me and my fiancé were going to use to get married. Once we began to investigate the company and their reputation we were shocked to find out that GOCRV is a scam that rips people off. I’m glad I read the reviews giving them our money. Yes you have to pay for some of it.. I am totally disappointed is Sundance for referring us to something that’s a lie. Can you picture being engaged planning your wedding and realized you’ve been played..

Ryan D

don't trust them.

When they call you, they say that you just need to listen to their presentation. When you say no, or you want to think about it they give you an attitude.

You can never cancel the package you got and you can never use it because in order to use it, you will need to purchase more. this is a completely scam

This is my first time I stopped in this location that offer me a package that I cost about $15,000 it includes 30 Vacations or 30 weeks and now they have more packages it seem like it is little too much I haven't tried yet I didn't buy any I just went to claim a prize that I won on Six Flags they tried to convince me hard but I didn't agree on there offers they show you a promotional video that you have to watch and they try to convince you to buy a membership

There's is no better word For "Sundance Vacation " more like nightmare! You 100% better off booking with Liberty travel and knowledgeable travel company instead of letting Sundance Vacation get a hold of your Credit card number. BEWARE!!! you will regret it.

Jon Preciado

They got my contact info somehow, and I showed up just to mess with them. Played along with he scheme for a bit to lead the sales guy on, and then told them off, and that I saw right through their BS! I did get by “free” voucher for a cruise, but threw it in the manager’s trash bin on the way out. To anyone who gets one of these invites - save your money, and book your vacations as you need them on Travelocity, Expedia, etc. it will be cheaper and you can go where you want when you want. Don’t buy one of their restrictive packages!

I enjoyed going there and We talked about the different places that We could go on a Vacation anywhere in the World.

An amazing lobby and professional Staff. The vacation plans are a few thousand dollars, however, so it's quite on the expensive side. But for those who can afford it, it's a reasonable investment.

scam scam scam, stay away from it. we met a person by six flag and asked us some information then we received a call telling us we won a free vacation just to attend orientation. both are scam. the vacation is not free. we paid deposit and chose dates then we had to wait for couple months after we called to check the date of the vacation. They told us no dates are available and they gave us random dates. Then they asked us to pay $400 process fees that to the side of our deposit . very cheap and far hotels, bad timing night flights. basically you pay for everything and you get to experience a horrible trip. do yourself a favor and stay away from it . its scam scam scam .

Tiawanna Denis

Was told to come and pick up free vacation tickets. Get there and we had to fill out paper work and had a whole set up for a presentation no one expected to sit through. We sat the there for 45 min and all that was talk about was them getting our buissnes. The presentation was very repetitive and made no sense. We left and I told the lady at the front desk this is not what we expected. We drove an hour to get there and feel like we got scammed. Not cool! Still wondering if we can get the vacation package.

Street Skolla

Lies lies lies. Dont show up if they call you. They only thing you get is a 50 dollar tablet because the 20 dollar meal is a lie and the free trip is a complete lie.

Kerry Minto

They are thieves and scam artists. In humane and unethical, scoundrels!

Charles Courtney

Our recent holiday with Sundance Vacations at GreenLinks in Naples, Florida, was pleasant in every way. Our family party of seven ranged in age from 7 to 79. First, the big things. The apartments were clean, well appointed, and spacious. The setting, looking out on a golf course and a gushing fountain, was beautiful. The friendly and competent staff offered directions and many kinds of beach and recreation equipment. Now a couple of little things. The deep bathtub was a special treat. And each morning a mockingbird perched on a hydrant gave a delightful concert!

Irma Martinez

They were realy nice i did not purchase a package and they really looked for other option it was just not my time... Next time... Thanks so much

Victor Lozano

Very unhelpful, were my time to be there, after 11/2 hrs driving and no body told me I have to bring my wife I were one day of work also and I did not get into the building either I got nothing

Mohammad Sofan

This place is a scam, sales presentation nothing is free. People are very rude. They wasted our time. Do not even think about wasting a minute there.

This is a great way to travel if you can invest a little.

It was a great experience! Come prepare with money and you will be fine.

I received a call telling me that I won a prize from a raffle entry. The only thing is I would have to drive out to pick it up and I'd have to have a certain income. This is because I had to sit through videos and sales pitches from guys trying their best to sell me vacation packages. I was saving up for something, so vacations were not on the brain or the budget. Sales rep after sales rep came over to sweeten the pot, but, I remained steadfast. When the time came for me to get my prize, the final guy offered me the ultimate vacation, which was hardest of all to reject, but I held out. As promised, I got my prize (a Fire 8 tablet) and I went home. I did manage to use their restrooms in that building which was neat and clean. My problem was I didn't like that they got me excited about a prize that came with lots of strings attached.

Sara Sanadgol

Don't let them trick you as they tricked us. You cannot find a good place to go unless you book it 10 month in advanced . In this case it will be the peak season and the highest price. You can only find good prices if you are planning to go to the middle of no where. Our biggest mistake.

Yidy Schwartz

It has it benefits and catches. They are truthful when it comes to the short presentation. What they don't tell you is they try to convince you to join that same night on the spot and not give you a chance to think things over.

Jeniffer Sumner

Employees weren't pushy when I didn't want to buy anything and I still received my gifted vacation ad promised.

Anthony Brooks

PEOPLE IS VERY NICE AND THEY ARE THERE TO MAKE SURE YOU ENJOY YOUR SELF

Marc-André Cyr

Horrible company that will try to trick you and steal your money - don't fall for it. You will receive a phone call saying you won a free trip, but if you redeem it, you will end up paying ALL of it. After waiting several months before they can "confirm" your selected dates (which are restricted to week days), you will be able to call a number and wait for 90 minutes (that's how long it took before I could talk to a representative). Then, you will possibly have the dates you requested, possibly not. I was able to book the trip and, adding the "fees and taxes" which you will never get a breadkdown of, it got to about $500 for both people. Immediately after, I googled the price for the flights and hotels and it added up to the same amount. I cannot believe this business is still running.

keisha

Okay so yes the gift is real.. but you do have to pay taxes and fees on it. But this does not amount to what it would cost u if u went on your own. So just be prepared to spend about $500 in the next 2 mths after u accept the gift. so its a wonderful presentation, and a great deal if u like to travel the islands and the US. (they have no vacation locations in europe asia or south america.) they offer u the one time deal of 30 vacations for $15,000, (7 nights and 8 days) with a $149 reservation fee for a 1 bedroom for every booking and a annual fee of $350, with lifetime access to an over stock inventory at $250 a vacation, not included in your 30... when you say no.. they offer u 10 vacations for 5,000... at $400 down and $97 a mth (@14% interest) with a $149 reservation fee for a 1 bedroom for every booking and a annual fee of $350, Say no .. u get 12 vacations for $4000 ... $200 down and 6% interest on the payments with a $149 reservation fee for a 1 bedroom for every booking and a annual fee of $350, . After that no they let you go with your reward . But right befor you leave with the reward. one last man will offer u 6 vacation at $1500 ... $400 down .. no interest on payments and every vacation after that is $649 w/ with access to the over stock inventory fand a annual fee of $99.00. As long as u pay the annual fee you'll have access to these vacations after the 6 vacation. That was pretty work it if i have someone to go half with me. (to add you fam has access to your vacations)

Mark Miller

We love the destinations. This is one of the best purchases my wife and I ever made.

This place is such a scam. I would give this place a negative 5 stars if it was possible

Zachariah Whitehurst

The vacation packages available for purchase represent one of the best options in the Northern New Jersey area. Their competition fails to provide the quality accommodations for the price. My sales representative, Mikhaila, answered my questions to complete satisfaction leaving no room for me to guess at any part of what I was signing up for. Thank you!

Jacqueline Ochoa

I received a call from this company because I received a free trip from filling out a sweepstakes or something like that at great adventure. I was very skeptical of going. I did end up going and listening to what they had to say. It actually was a great experience and unfortunatly I would not have time to vacation. I did meet some great people there reguardless of not buying what they had to offer. Now the part you are all wondering. Yes I did get my free trip and they were not bitter about giving it away. It is not a scam. It has nothing to do with timeshares. It was a great experience. Total time there was about an hour to an hour and a half. Thanks sundance for the nice experience!

Sulaiman Alshammary

Liars, liars. Never believe them, or even let them deceive you. I bought a backage, and each time I wanted to use it I couldn't find booking for my vacation!! The same happened with the gift! I paid deposit before 4 months and never received a response yet.

Carlos Rivera

Publicity

Stacey Martinez

The girls at the front desk were very friendly. Fred, who did the presentation was very friendly. The guy that spoke to us after( I can't remember his name) was so unprofessional! This place sure is a scam! They should really do there research before they slander other competing companies! 26yrs in business and only 80,000 customers like really.

Zafar Ziyadinov

100% scam DO NOT TRUST THEM

Quadir s

It's b.s.

Maira Almonte

I just made the biggest mistake of my life signing up for this. I can never cancel. Its $359 yearly. They'll charge you that within 6 months after sign up. $149 to up to $250 for the trips as a fee that you have to pay & its $96.20 monthly. You need to buy your own flights so thats not included. I haven't used it yet since I just signed up anout an hour ago but I just felt so pressured and wasn't quite understanding everything. Now I'm cancelling other things just so I'll be able to pay for this. My friend wasn't any help in explaining to me what exactly I was signing up for. I should of stuck to my no or came with a family member. I am worried.

Robert Borthwick

Great

gina smith

They try to sell you on vacation packages. The packages sound great but the prices are outrageous. $20,000 for 25 weeks worth of vacation blocks to use over however many months or years. The bad part is that you have to pay in full, there is no payment plan. If you go to the seminar they have a "promotional deal" which is $15,000 for 30 weeks and they also have payment plan but you have to put a down payment of 5k down before you leave. The promotional deal is not available if you leave without putting a deposit down and you want to do it at a later date. It sucks that they don't have payment plans or smaller packages.

George George

Michael Finn

As with everyone else, I "won" a free vacation. When I called in, I had to be transferred to 4 different departments to have my question answered. When I finally got through to the right person, I found out that all the information I was given was wrong. DO NOT book your vacation through this company. Neither of the dates i had selected were available and everything I was promised was only available if I purchased an upgraded package. I will never do business with these people. They dont even deserve the one star.

The amount of lies that the sales people try to tell you is ridiculous. This is a scam. Please be careful and warn others. The customer service people are condescending. They are trained to get you angry when you call and prevent you from talking by talking nonsense

Great place to book a wonderful getaway vacation

Rebecca Weinstein

We sat through the hour-long presentation with the promise of a free vacation and an Amazon fire tablet. We walked out of there with the tablet in-hand and a packet that would get us the free vacation. After some research on the company they use for the free vacations, it's apparently a scam, more or less. So either Sundance themselves are a scam or they associate with a scam-company. Either way...avoid them. At least I got the tablet, but honestly it was not worth it. Waste of a day.

Delano Mizrahi

Scam!

Renee Smith

Sales person Ms. Danny was great. She know how to make us comfortable and took the time to explain in great detail what to expect.

Sherily Toledo

This is a scam. Nothing is free and the "Vacation you just won" certainly isn't free at all either. There is still a fee to pay for each person. You still have to make a trip to their office which as I've read about in other reviews you are forced to purchase an upgrade to a package. This is not very nice to promise someone they won a free vacation and there are other fees that must be payed, trips to their meetings etc. Just another scam to get you to pay more money than you anticipate.

This company lures you in by offering a fou won a free cruise email and then once your in, they show you a promotional video that you have to buy a membership in order to win your free cruise. Me and my wife were extremely upset on how this turned out. BEWARE
