We recently took the Stars and Stripes Washington DC tour from Gettysburg. It was very enjoyable. The bus was very comfortable, great AC, onboard restroom, charging stations at each seat. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and our driver was extremely accommodating. We saw all the major monuments with time visit each and then had 3 hours of free time to visit the Smithsonian institute museums. We highly recommend and would definitely do it again.
