Ended up using someone else for our trip to Europe. We tried really hard to use Karen and Sea the World. We were told we had to come in for a meeting for a trip to Europe, so we did. After, we never received any quotes and after several phone calls and emails, just gave up. It’s a shame because we used Sea the World once before and booked a trip so we were hoping to be able to give them our business again. After this experience, and complete lack of customer service, we won’t be back. We’ll be using a different agent from now on - one that returns phone calls and emails.
