Called to inquire about a travel reservation I was thinking about taking and spoke to a woman named Amy. She could not have been more rude or unhelpful. She made it seemed like I was bothering her just by asking questions! I HIGHLY advise that you take your business elsewhere to a travel agency that has the time to POLITELY guide their potential customers towards their best travel experience. I will NEVER do business here and am advising all of my friends to do the same.

Bill and his staff at Rubinsohn travel were more than helpful in the planning of our family vacation in February. Certainly was not an easy task to assist in planning a Disney cruise for 13 people ages 2-70. We were celebrating my father's 70 birthday and this was a very special occasion for our family. Bill organized our Hotel rooms in Miami, transportation, and even helped with surprising my father with a fully decorated room when we checked in to the cruise. We would recommend Rubinsohn travel to anyone planning a trip.

We used Bill Rubinsohn of Rubinsohn Travel for two trips, with very positive results both times. The first trip was to Norway and Sweden. Bill quickly arranged for a day time stay in the Stockholm airport hotel to catch up on sleep, and then to board a flight to Bergen, where he arranged an overnight hotel followed by a cruise on the Hurtigruten along the coast of Norway to its northernmost point in the midnight sun. He also arranged for us then to fly south to Oslo, where we boarded a flight to Stockholm. Even though the arrangements were complicated, all worked as planned. The second trip was a round trip cruise from Manhattan to Bermuda with our thirteen year old granddaughter. Bill helped us book a lovely shipboard cabin with a great location at low cost. Even though our traveling requirements were complicated by the need for wheelchair assistance, Bill's service was excellent and prompt. He has our highest recommendation. Burt and Barbara Abrams

The team at Rubinsohn Travel was friendly, knowledgeable and able to build the trip based our preferences. We took a very large group on a Disney Cruise and the logistics could have been overwhelming but Rubinsohn Travel took care of everything from flights, to hotels before the cruise, to the staterooms having interconnecting balconies, to the travel to and from the airport. We had a great time and a large thank you goes to the Rubinsohn travel team for helping us make it a great adventure.
