went in to see billy to set up a trip we discussed over the phone. she was just gossuping to an old classmate and left us sitting there in limbo for over 30min. only when we got up to leave did anyone show concern. what a complete waste of time and gas... in this day of web travel apps i should have known better than to think customer servace would be the way to go... shame on you billy and shame on the other agents who just sat there and did nothing. if you have nothing but time to waste and your time is not valued . this place is for u.

we are a large group in jamaic and are very disappointed in the resort. rooms with no view for some, restaurants closed, etc. and wasn't cheap either!
